| Downloading AssetsTo download multiple assets at one time, they must be placed in thebasket frame on the right side of the home screen.Above the basket are buttons for performing various functions. New Basket – A single basket (Basket0) is created automatically, but

additional baskets may be created manually to allow for the separationof files. When this button is clicked, a new Basket1 tab is displayed tothe right of the original Basket0 tab. This procedure can be performedas many times as necessary to create the desired number of baskets,i.e., Basket2, Basket3, etc.The light gray tab indicates the active basket, while all other tabs aredark gray to indicate they are inactive. To switch between baskets, clickthe desired tab to activate it. To delete a basket, click the (close) iconon the corresponding tab.

Clear Active Basket – Click to remove all assets from the active basket. Create Contact Sheet – Click to create a PDF of thumbnails from the

assets in the active basket. Download items – Click to begin the download process for the assets in

the active basket.

| Downloading AssetsTo add an asset to the active basket:1. Click the thumbnail to select it and then drag the item into the basket frame.

– The instruction, “Drop here to create a new scratch basket.” is displayed directly above the basket.

2. When the basket background turns blue, release the selected thumbnail.– If the item is released before the basket turns blue, it will not be retained.

To remove an asset from the active basket:1. Click the thumbnail to select it and then drag the item anywhere outside the basket frame.

| Downloading AssetsIt also is possible to download and/or remove individual assets from the Loading Dock screen. To access the tools for theseprocedures, hover the cursor over the desired asset to display a (remove asset) icon and a (download asset) icon.To remove the individual asset from the Loading Dock without impacting any other assets, click the (remove asset) icon. Notethat this action does not remove the asset from its respective basket on the home screen.To download the individual asset:1. Click the (download asset) icon to download an individual asset.2. | Downloading AssetsAfter downloading all items to your computer, the asset thumbnails must be cleared from the Loading Dock screen. If these are notcleared, the same assets will be included again in the next download.To clear all assets from the Loading Dock screen:1. Click Remove All to display the Remove All confirmation popup.2. Click Yes to close the popup and return to the home screen. Note that this action does not remove the assets from their

respective baskets on the home screen.

| Downloading AssetsBack on the home screen, note that the active basket still contains the recently downloaded assets. As with the Loading Dockscreen, these assets will be included again in the next download if the same basket is reused and the previous assets have not beenremoved.To clear all assets from the active basket: Click Clear Active Basket above the basket.

Click the (Close) icon on the active basket tab to delete the entire basket.– NOTE: Because Basket0 is automatically created, it cannot be deleted; when the (Close) icon on this tab is clicked, the contents will be removed but

the basket itself will remain.

If there are multiple baskets, all should be cleared or deleted prior to beginning the next download sequence to avoid duplicatedownloads.
