The ProblemO The problem that Hayoung faced was
that Hannah was not being nice to her by ignoring her.

by trying to make friends with Hannah by trying to reason with her.
ThemeO The theme of the story is that people
of different cultures are very much like other people.
O How this story shows it is that Hannah didn’t like Hayoung because she thought she was different than her.
