Work: to keep the customer at work or help him / her to find new work in cooperation with the civil services

Social Medical Affairs: assessment of disease and disability in clear criteria

Disburse: a quick and accurate provision of benefits when work is not or is not immediately possible

Customer & Service: to ensure that the customer is always feeling helped good (clear, understandable, logical) and quickly

Data management: to ensure that the customer needs to give information about work and payment to the government only once
