Context and Perspective

Liverpool City Region

– 6 local authorities, 2 police forces

– 130 identifiable OCGs varying levels of activity

– 2600 plus OCG nominals – 150+ high risk

– Challenge to map female involvement

Liverpool

– Approx. 65 OCGs

– Four priority areas (was five)

– X% of ‘Troubled Families’ have OCG links

– Liverpool OCG activity affects almost every Force in the country

– 22% of OCG nominals are part of a ‘troubled family’
