These programmes draw from the learning that you will get from the same courses offered on campus at ABU taught by the same lecturers, and in addition, you will have global access to learning content, resources, internships and opportunities.

Non-Direct Entry

• Any 5 O’Level credits in no more than 2 sittings*

Direct Entry

• Satisfy the O’Level requirements and have 2 A’Level passes at the IJMB Examination or Cambridge

Moderated Schools or Basic Studies Terminal Examination.

• Satisfy O’Level requirements and have an A.B.U. Diploma with Merit or Lower Credit in Insurance,

Accounting or Banking and Finance.

• Satisfy the O’Level requirements and have another B.Sc irrespective of the course of study and grade.

• Satisfy the O’Level requirements and have a professional certification such as ICAN, ACA, NIM etc.

• All NCE Candidates will be admitted into 200 Level

• All OND Candidates will be admitted into 200 Level

• Candidates with HND in Business Administration will be admitted into 300 Level, while all other HND

candidates wil be admitted into 200 Level

*If you do not have credits in Mathematics, English or any other required course for your programme of

choice, you will be required to sign an undertaking stating that before graduation you will provide results

with credit in the deficient subjects to fulfill your admission requirements.

• Applicants must posses NYSC certificate (or exemption letter) especially for applicants under 30 years. Graduates from NOUN, other distance learning centers within or outside the country are exempted from this requirement.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least a second class lower or 2.40 Cumulative Grade Point Average from any recognized University.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with 3rd class plus 5 years post-graduation experience or a Third class with Post Graduate Diploma.

• HND holders from any recognized Polytechnic with a minimum of Lower Credit who are holders of either a Post Graduate Diploma or any recognized professional certificates such as ANAN, ACIB and ACA etc may be considered.
