before commencement of the trip. Please note that coverage under the liability section only applies

to trips within the UK if they are pre-booked and pre-planned and including at least five nights’

accommodation.

IMPORTANT: This is not a specialist diving liability policy, it does not include coverage for dive

instruction, dive supervision and advice, nor does it include coverage for criminal defence costs

relating to civil liability claims. If You require such specialist benefits please consider purchasing

our Sport Diver or Pro Diver products. Residents who are domiciled outside the UK may also be Insured by agreement. This policy must be

immediately arrange a policy that covers the dates of that holiday. Reciprocal Health Agreements

When You are travelling to another country within the European Union, You must register for a

Zealand You may be entitled to reciprocal healthcare and You must register with the Medicare or

the equivalent scheme of these countries.

If the Underwriters agree to a claim for medical expenses which has been reduced because You

used an EHIC, reciprocal health agreement or private health insurance the Underwriters will not

apply the Excess for this section. Failure to obtain an EHIC or equivalent reciprocal health agreement

may affect Your ability to claim under this policy. Territorial Limits
