Industry News Michael Whitlock Joins Bingham McCutcheon Michale Whitlock joins Bingham from the Department of Justice Antitrust Division, National Criminal En- forcement Section. He will work in the Antitrust, Com- petition and Trade Regulation Group and White Col- lar Investigations and Enforcement Group. At the DOJ, Whitlock investigated several auto-parts companies for price fixing, bid rigging and mar- ket allocation in one of the largest criminal anti- trust probes in U.S. history. He also prosecuted companies and individuals accused of collusion in the coastal-shipping and air-cargo industries. Whitlock also served as a special assistant U.S. attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia.

Michael Whitlock Joins Bingham McCutcheon

Michale Whitlock joins Bingham from the Department

of Justice Antitrust Division, National Criminal En-

forcement Section. He will work in the Antitrust, Com-

petition and Trade Regulation Group and White Col-

lar Investigations and Enforcement Group. At the

Transactional Attorney, MassMutual Financial Group, Springfield, MA

Associate General Counsel for Labor & Employment, JHU Applied Physics Lab

John’s Hopkins Applied Physics Lab, located in Laurel, Maryland is looking for an Associ-

Environmental Attorney, US Postal Service

This position will be the lead environmental attorney for the United States Postal Service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice to postal execu-

tives and environmental professional staff on all aspects of the Postal Service’s nation-

wide environmental sustainability programs, such as facility energy conservation and

environmental compliance and risk management. In addition, the successful candidate

will provide advice to real estate management on environmental issues that arise in vari-
