DIVERSITY PROGRAMS DPE MISSION STATEMENTThe Diversity Programs in Engineering (DPE) office operates programs at the undergraduate, graduate, and faculty levels to facilitate the outreach,recruitment, retention, and overall success of underrepresented minorities, women,and other underrepresented groups in Engineering.

DPE VISION STATEMENTThe Diversity Programs in Engineering (DPE) office will be recognized nationally as the premiere diversity program in Engineering education. The DPE office will serve as a national resource center in the areas of student satisfaction and student services as well as faculty/student outreach, recruitment, and retention. The DPE office will model best practices for other programs across the nation.
