Steps for Dividing Fractions
If there are mixed numbers, change them to improper fractions first.
KEEP the first fraction
CHANGE the division sign to multiplication
FLIP the second fraction (use the RECIPROCAL)

When multiplied, reciprocals will always equal 1.
