Welcome to December, the final

month for 2014, and a month

that can bring tension, stress,

busy-ness and chaos to many.

Of course, it is also a time of joyand celebration and whether you

celebrate Christmas or not, there

is an air of anticipation and excite-

ment as one year closes and another begins.

The chaos that some experience during this time is very interesting to

observe because most people see chaos as negative. When you think

of a huge traffic jam there is all this energy and the mind is trying to

figure it all out, but it cant because chaos has no visible order, no set

patterns and cannot be controlled. This makes it unpredictable and

therefore it feels uncomfortable and inconvenient to the human and

so we try to avoid it.

In truth, chaos is just energy in motionand that motion is simply in

a pattern that the mind doesnt understand.

When you feel into a chaotic situation from your own place of inner

balance and wisdom you can feel the divine order that is in play. It is

just that most humans get caught up in the mundane day-to-day real-

ity and fail to see the beauty and richness of the experience.

If you should experience a chaotic situation I invite you to breathe

deeply and feel into it beyond the physical reality. Go right into it and

allow yourself to connect with it from your own wisdom, not your

mind, and you will see

the depth and divine

order within.

When you do this you

kind of merge into the

graceful flow that istaking place (just like

the pictured monks) and this changes

your experience of it from one of fear, or

annoyance or discomfort, to

one of trust and inner know-

ingness.

Chaos is also a great way to

shift energy and is often a way

for the human to get out of a

situation that no longer servesthem and I am reminded of

The Tower tarot card as a way

to illustrate this.

The Tower shows all hell

breaking loose. It represents the breaking

down of old structures to allow some-

thing new to take its place.

The Tower card shows lightning striking

the tower which suggests illumination

and therefore some new insight or un-

derstanding that comes from the situa-

tion. Something that comes about be-

cause the energy shifted to allow you to

see new potentials.

As you become more centred withinyourself and more connected to your

own wisdom you come to feel more like

the woman meditating on the

street in the earlier image of

this article. The cars rush by

but she is not affected by

them. She is feeling into the

divine order, she trusts the

flow of life and puts herselfinto the mix without fear of

the outcome.

There are some who seek out

chaos and drama to make

them feel more alive, they crave the en-

ergy rush and often the attention re-

ceived from it, Yet, they do not necessar-

ily recognise the potential for insight or

change and therefore continue to repeatthe behaviour over and over with little

gained from the experience.

We do not need to create chaos, but we can cer-

tainly embrace it should we find ourselves in such a

situation. We can allow ourselves to feel into the

energy of chaos and learn to maintain our balance

within it. And of course you do this through the

breaththe Conscious Breathwhich brings you

into the now moment, the safe space, the I Am, and

the remembrance of all that you are.

May this holiday season bring you peace and joy

and may you travel through the busy-ness with ease

and grace.

I offer my deepest thanks to each of you for reading

my newsletter throughout the year and I hope you

Yippee! There will be some new work-

shops and classes coming in 2015.

Live Free will be a 5 week evening class,

focusing on releasing fears, worries, be-

lief systems etc that no longer serve you.

Connecting with your own Soul Wisdom,

releasing Past Lives and being in the

space of allowing life to come to you.

Living Your Enlightenment is a full day

workshop designed to facilitate a shift in

consciousness as you claim your enlight-

enment. Understand what enlightenment

A client with a curious ongoing illness recently

came to me for a bio-feedback assessment. Her

doctor was not certain about the cause of her

symptoms but assured her it was not serious or life-

threatening. These symptoms were however, an-

noying, painful and affected her quality of life.

She had tried various treatments without success

Who would have thought that someone could

actually bottle Christmas?

Well, Young Living have found a way to bring

the essence of warmth, love, joy and celebra-
