The following days do not count as days of production: the day the order is submitted, Saturdays, Sundays, RAE Coils legal holidays, and the regularly scheduled plant shutdown for Christmas.

Production time does not include transit time. Coils are shipped standard freight by common carrier at the discretion of RAE Coils. Standard ground shipping could take as long as 5 to 6 days.

The failure of RAE Coils to perform any term or condition of this Agreement as a result of conditions beyond its control such as, but not limited to: war, strikes, fires, floods, acts of God, governmental restrictions, power failures, or damage or destruction of any network facilities or servers, shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement.

In the event that an order ships later than the Premium Date acknowledged, for reasons other than those in Note 5, the Premium paid will be reduced to the Premium Percentage correlating with the above column labeled "Production Time (in days)." Please note that no changes to the Order can be made once it has been placed to RAE Coils and accepted by our Sales Department.

Orders entered after 4:00 PM CST (unless superseded by a time above) will be considered as having been received the next business day.

Electrofin, Technicoat, or Heresite coatings add an additional lead time of 5 to 7 business days. Contact your RAE Coils Account Manager for exact lead times.

Special features or exotic materials of construction may affect lead-time (Examples: Turbulators and TXV’s on DX coils)
