A fast recovery and the prevention of injuries are vital in professional
cycling. Daily use of my Compex electrical muscle stim helps me
and my teammates at team HTC-Highroad to achieve just that.
Speeding up my recovery time gets me back to full strength
for my next training or race.
Obviously, long stage races are very demanding.
Recovery is very important to be successful and
make the difference. After an intense one day

I’ve been using Compex now for about two years and it’s been a
great addition to my arsenal. I mostly use Compex as a recovery
tool. It’s great to come back from training, plug in the Compex and
know that I’m getting an active recovery, even when I don’t
have the time or ability to get a massage.
I use Compex every day and I think it’s absolutely
phenomenal. The wireless device has made
everything easier. Even the travelling. I’m on the
road a lot and I don’t have to take the wires
anymore. The COMPEX Wireless is a very easy
thing to travel with. It has all the benefi ts of the
traditional Compex, but it’s easier to use and
you can download your own programmes.
I thoroughly recommend it to everyone and I hope
they experience the same benefi ts as I do.
