ACCOMMODATION: VUYATELA LODGEThe camp is an exclusive, private camp, self-catered and fully serviced. All food andbeverage requirements should be supplied by the guests. Vuyatela’s rate is inclusiveof a chef who will prepare the food you supply.Suites: All five suites comprise bedroom, dressing-room, bathroom, separate lounge,private teak deck, air-conditioning, fan, mosquito net.Main Lodge: Includes a large double deck, outdoor dining, bar overlooking the wateringhole, suspended bird watching tower. Internet access. A Library. Open vehicle gamedrives. Walking safaris. Gym and relaxation room. GALAGO CAMPThe camp is an exclusive private camp, self-catered and fully serviced. All food andbeverage requirements should be supplied by the guests. Galago’s rate is inclusive of achef who will prepare the food you supply.Facilities: Five en-suite, air-conditioned bedrooms sleeping ten people. Fully equippedkitchen. Indoor and outdoor cooking facilities. Swimming pool. Game Viewing vehicle with a Ranger and Tracker. Serviced rooms and kitchen.

Rates Include: Fully serviced and equipped camp. Two safaris (game drives)per day. One guided bush walk per day.

CHILDREN: Children of all ages are welcome at Djuma Private Game Reserve.Babysitters are available by advanced request.

CANCELLATIONS: Our cancellation policy is as follows: Four weeks before arrival - 50% of full amount Two weeks before arrival - 75% of full amount One week or less - 100% of full amount.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE: Guests may arrive any time from 14:00pm, and roomsare to be vacated by 10:00am.

PAYMENT: Direct Bookings: A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation charge is required to confirm a provisional reservation and full payment is required four weeks prior to arrival. Please note that all bookings are considered provisional until deposit is paid, deposit is due fourteen days after invoice accepted. We accept all credit cards except Diners Club.

SABI SAND ENTRY FEE AND CONSERVATION CONTRIBUTION INITIATIVEEntrance into the Sabi Sand Reserve is charged at R250 per vehicle and R110 per person. A new Conservation Project is being launched in the Sabi Sand Wildtuin across all lodges. It is called the Guest Conservation Contribution Initiative. The official start of this initiative will be on the 1st of January 2016. A conservation fee will be added to our guests’ accommodation invoice at an additional cost of R25 per person, per night. The funds accumulated by the lodge, will then be transferred into the Sabi Sand Nature Conservation Fund at the end of each month. The funds will be used to support the on-going Sabi Sand anti-poaching projects, as well as to support neighbour relations and ecological initiatives.
