Employees certainly have legal rights, such as the right to be
paid a minimum wage, to enjoy equal
opportunity in the workplace, and to be free from sexual
harassment. Many employees also have
contractual rights, such as the right to an employer
contribution to a retirement plan, health care, orcertain number of
vacation and sick days. But do employees really have rights against
their employer that
