    Thit bo v quan st dng tn hiu hay my hin sng, gi tt l CRO [Cathode -Ray Oscilloscope], l thit bo in t rt a nng, dng o th trong cc h thngin t. My hin sng s hin th cc dng sng ca tn hiu trn mn hnh, nn c tho bin cng nh tn s ca tn hiu. V cbn, my hin sng dng o in p,nhng cng c tho dng in, nu dng in c bin i thnh in p khi cho

    dng in chy qua mt in trcnh. Tng t, my hin sng c tho in trnudng in t mt ngun dng hng c chy qua in trcn o nhi vi DMM(chng 3). My hin sng hai vt c th dng so snh hai dng sng khc nhau, cnmy hin sng hai chm tia c th dng so snh cc thay i v pha lin quan haidng sng. My hin sng c thc s dng hiu qu quan st dng sng thc ttrn mn hnh v nh lng dng sng. My hin sng c th dng hin thilng bt k nu c th bin i c thnh in p. Do my hin sng l thit bo adng nn cng c s dng trong cc lnh vc o v quan st kh tng, sinh hc, y tv cng nghip.2.1 NGUYN L HOT NG CA MY HIN SNG TNG TMy hin sng bao gm ng tia cathode (CRT), v cc mch lm lch hin th dng

Cng ngoi[Ext. gate] s to ra cc cm xung.
