Description :Tingkat keberhasilan suatu proyek konstruksi dapat diukur antara lain dengan keuntungan serta ketepatan waktupenyelesaian proyek.Keuntungan ini tergantung pada perencanaan awal yang detail dan cermat terhadap metodepelaksanaan, alat yang dipakai serta jadwal pengerjaan proyek bangunan tersebut. Untuk itu perlu pemilihan kombinasigabungan peralatan untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan struktur pada pembangunan Pasar Atum Mall Surabaya.Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan kombinasi peralatan yang paling efisien dari segi metode pelaksanaan,waktudan biaya.Kombinasi yang dipergunakan adalah peralatan 3 Tower Crane + Concrete Pump adalah kondisi existing,kombinasi I( 3 Material Lift + Concrete Pump ) dan kombinasi II( 3 Tower crane + 3 Material Lift + Concrete Pump).Hasil analisa dari ketiga kombinasi peralatan adalah untuk kondisi existing : 290 hari dengan biaya Rp.3.003.485.850,00 dan untuk kombinasiI:diperoleh waktu :315 hari dengan biaya Rp. 1.267.625.100,00 sedangkan untukkombinasi II diperoleh waktu :218 hari dengan biaya : Rp. 3.153.324.600,00.

Description Alt:The succesfull of construction project can be measure by profitability and also accuracy of time copletion.Theprofitability it depend on planning early which was detail and careful to execution method, appliance weared and alsoschedule workmanship of building project.is neeed to select the combinations of equipment because of carry out theAtum Mall Surabaya.The research aim compared the was efficient of equipment combinations.toward method, time and cost.The existingcombination is used 3Tower Crane equipments + Concrete Pump. The first combination is case,3 Material Lift +Concrete Pump, second combination is used 3 Tower crane + 3 Material Lift + Concrete Pum.The Result of third research from third equipments combination for existing considered: : 290 day with cost Rp.3.003.485.850,00 for first combination : 315 day with cost of Rp. 1.267.625.100,00 and for combination : 218 day withcost : Rp. 3.153.324.600,00.
