Untuk itu perlu pemilihan kombinasi gabungan peralatan untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan struktur pada pembangunan Pasar Atum Mall Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan kombinasi peralatan yang paling efisien dari segi metode pelaksanaan,waktu dan biaya.Kombinasi yang dipergunakan adalah peralatan 3 Tower Crane + Concrete Pump adalah kondisi existing, kombinasi I( 3 Material Lift + Concrete Pump ) dan kombinasi II( 3 Tower crane + 3 Material Lift + Concrete Pump). Hasil analisa dari ketiga kombinasi peralatan adalah untuk kondisi existing : 290 hari dengan biaya Rp. 3.003.485.850,00 dan untuk kombinasiI:diperoleh waktu :315 hari dengan biaya Rp. 1.267.625.100,00 sedangkan untuk kombinasi II diperoleh waktu :218 hari dengan biaya : Rp. 3.153.324.600,00.
