imageWARE Publishing Manager Version 3.0
On a daily basis most employees within a department or
corporate workgroup receive e-mails with or without attach-
ments, hard-copy documents, and other correspondence
critical to business. Chances are these documents will need
to be prepared for printing. The task of collecting docu-
ments created in different applications, combining them,
and delivering them as professional-looking output can
be a daunting and time-consuming task for any employee.
Additionally, documents prepared for external client review
or to represent your company may require additional edits
prior to completion.
Today, most organizations have few, if any, tools capable of
assisting with efficient completion of such tasks. As a result,
document creation and output continue to be handled manu-
ally. The inefficiencies associated with current processes are
significant and may ultimately lead to decreased productivity.
As a leader in providing comprehensive solutions to the
general office, Canon has recognized this issue and developed
imageWARE Publishing Manager software.
imageWARE Publishing Manager is a user-friendly document
publishing software designed to easily combine various types
of office documents and create professional-looking output.
One of the most important advantages is that you don’t
need to change the way you work to enjoy the benefits of
imageWARE Publishing Manager. With its intuitive user inter-
face and Document Creation Wizard, you can work seamlessly
with native application files, creating astounding results.
