L’objectif de ce document est de permettre l’installation des logiciels GLPI et OCS Inventory sur une plateforme GNU Linux Debian en version Jessie (8.0). De manière complémentaire, ce document décrira l’utilisation de GLPI et l’ensemble des possibiltés qui s’offre à nous

(c'est-à-dire création d’un groupe d’utilisateurs, création d’un profil Admin, création de Lieu de travail etc.)

En annexe, cette procédure décrit précisément les actions à mener pour paramétrer les services logiciels nécessaire à la mise en place de GLPI et de OCS Inventory .

Dans le cadre d'une évolution des procédures du service d'assistance, la direction informatique nous demande de mettre en place un outil de gestion de parc informatique, de

suivi des interventions et des demandes d'évolutions. L'objet est de se rapprocher des recommandations ITIL version 2.

La solution retenue par la direction informatique repose sur la mise en place de l'application GLPI couplée avec l'application OCS Inventory. Ces deux applications fonctionnent en mode « full web » et sont accessible depuis n'importe quel poste informatique connecté au réseau local de l'entreprise.

GLPI Cet acronyme signifie « Gestion Libre de Parc Informatique ». Il s'agit d'un logiciel de gestionde centre d'appel pour service informatique distribué sous licence GPL. L'application est composé d'un ensemble de services Web écrits en PHP.

OCS Inventory NG

L'acronyme OCS Inventory NG signifie « Open Computer and Software Inventory Next Generation ».C'est un logiciel permettant de recenser et connaître tous les éléments connectés à un réseau informatique local (LAN).

L’agent OCSUn agent est un petit logiciel installé sur les postes informatique permettant d'en faire remonter son inventaire dans la base de données du service OCS.

Pré-requisVous devez disposer d'un espace de publication sur un système informatique faisant fonctionner :

● Le service web Apache en version 2.4 et ultérieur.

● Le service MySQL en version 5.5 et ultérieur.

● L'interpréteur de langage PHP en version 5.5 et ultérieur.

● Le module PHP pour Apache (libapache2-mod-php5) en version 5.5 et ultérieur.

Par conséquent, cela nécessite la présence d'un ordinateur installé avec le système d'exploitation GNU Linux Debian Version 8.0 dite « Jessie »; il est possible que ce document puisse être fonctionnel avec d'autres versions du système d'exploitation Linux, mais n'a pas été testé en ce sens.

A qui s’adresse ce documentCompte tenu de sa spécificité technique cette documentation s'adresse aux techniciens informatiques ayant de bonnes compétences en système et réseau, plus particulièrement surle système d'exploitation GNU/Linux Debian.

Eléments de configuration Dans la suite de ce document, nous ferons référence aux critères de configurations suivants:

Eléments de configuration réseau ● Le nom de la machine faisant fonctionner le service web est: srv1

● Le nom FQDN (Full Qualified Domain Name) de l'hôte numéro 1 est: srv1.mondomaine.prive

● Ce nom est utilisé en remplacement des directives <ServerName>

● Le segment réseau est: 192.168.1.0/24 (192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0)

● L'adresse IP du serveur web frontal est: 192.168.1.5

Eléments de configuration applicatif ● Le dossier racine des documents lu par le service web est :

/var/www/<ServerName>/htdocs

● Le dossier de base des contextes applicatifs sont :/var/www/<ServerName>/applications/<Context>

● Le dossier de base des traces générées par le service web est :/var/www/<ServerName>/log

● Les applications web seront déployées dans un dossier contenant le numéro de leur version produit. Il sera mis en place une gestion des URL avec des alias pointant verschaque dossier.

● Le dossier des données MySQL est : /var/lib/mysql

● Les bases de données pour chaque produit seront nommées de façon à pouvoir identifier simplement le produit et sa version. Par convention, le nom d'une base de données ne contient pas les caractères « . » (point) ni « - » (tiret).

Eléments de sécurité et comptes système ● Le nom du groupe commun aux services web est « webusers »

● Le nom de l'utilisateur faisant fonctionner le service Apache est « www-data »

Eléments matériels Notre choix d'infrastructure s'est porté sur la mise en place de solutions 64 bits. L'installation du système d'exploitation sera réalisé avec une distribution 64 bits.

Il est nécessaire que cette machine soit opérationnelle sur le réseau local dans lequel elle s'exécute (résolution de noms DNS,carte réseau configurée, adresse IP active, passerelle par défaut, etc.) et qu'elle puisse accéder à internet pour procéder à son installation.

● Processeur 64 bits supportant le multi-threading

● Mémoire RAM de 1Go ou plus selon le nombre d'utilisateurs

● Grappe de disques durs 10000 RPM en RAID 1 ou RAID 5 matériel.

Logiciels à télécharger ● La distribution binaire de Debian, en version 8 (Jessie) au format iso, et accessible

Encodage de l’environnement Pour faciliter et respecter un encodage cohérent des caractères, tout le système applicatif devra être encodé en UTF-8, que ce soit dans les pages HTML s'affichant dans le navigateurde l'utilisateur comme pour le stockage des données dans les bases MySQL ou encore pour l'écriture des fichiers.A la fin de votre installation Debian, vérifiez comment paramétrer l'environnement pour qu'il utilise par défaut la locale fr_FR.UTF-8

Droits des fichiers L'utilisateur faisant fonctionner les processus d'apache sera le compte « www-data »; il est important de créer un groupe commun aux utilisateurs des services, et de positionner un sticky bit (SGID) sur ce groupe commun (webusers). De même afin de s'assurer du bon fonctionnement des échanges entre les services, chacun des services nécessitant une écriture de documents fonctionneront sous une directive « umask 002 ».

Commandes utiles Conséquence de /usr en read-only ou /tmp en mode no exec Le système de fichiers /usr est monté en lecture seule. Le système de fichier /tmp ne permet pas l'exécution de programmes. Cela signifie qu'aucun processus ne pourra écrire dans le dossier /usr et ceci, tant qu'un administrateur ne remontera pas ce système de fichier en lecture/écriture. Il est évident que pour réaliser l'installation de logiciels il est nécessaire d'accorder la permission d'écriture sur ce système de fichier. Nous utilisons pour cela des scripts de notre réalisation nommés « /usr/local/bin/remountrw » et « /usr/local/bin/remountro » permettant respectivement d'accorder les droits en écriture ou

de remettre en place les restrictions d'usage.

Avant d’installer un programme # /usr/local/bin/remountrw

Cette commande permet de remonter le système de fichier /usr en lecture/écriture

Après avoir installé un programme# /usr/local/bin/remountro

Cette commande permet de remonter le système de fichiers /usr en lecture seule

Installation MariaDb

Sous invite de commande Linux, utiliser le gestionnaire de package suivant :

# apt-get install mariadb-client mariadb-common mariadb-server

Ensuite, afficher la liste des bases de donnés en vous connectant en tant que root :

#mysql –u root –p –e « SHOW DATABASES » ;

On vous demandera par la suite de saisir un mot de passe, celui-ci étant : not24get

Un tableau s’affichera alors contenant les bases de données présentes actuellement :

Une fois que vous avez affiché le tableau, il reste à créer la base de données qui servira à notre GLPI, et donc de la nommé aini : « glpi0905 » :

#mysql –u root –p –e « CREATE DATABASE glpi0905 CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci ; »

Après avoir créé la base de donné glpi0905, on donne tous les droits à l’utilisateur glpiuser :

#mysql –u root –p –e « GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON glpi0905.* TO glpiuser@localhost IDENTIFIED BY ‘not24get’ ; »

Les droits affectés, on les recharges sur le moteur MySQL :

#mysql –u root –p –e « FLUSH PRIVILEGES ; »

Il ne reste plus qu’à tester une connexion sur la base en tant qu’utilisateur glpiuser :

#mysql –u root –p –e « SHOW DATABASES ; »

On vous redemande de saisir le mot de passe, ce dernier n’a pas changer : not24get

S’affiche alors l’ensemble des bases de données et si tous c’est bien déroulé, glpi0905 s’affichera :

Installation Apache2Si nginx existe, arrêter le :

# service nginx stop

Puis désactivez son démarrage :

# update-rc.d nginx remove

Maintenant, on va pouvoir installez Apache2 :

# apt-get update# apt-get install apache2 apache2-utils

On vérifie l’installation d’Apache2 avec la commande suivante :

De même que pour Apache2, on vérifie l’installation de PHP5

Si rien n’a planté jusqu’ici, alors on nous affiche l’installation de PHP :

Le service Apache2 ainsi que PHP5 ont donc été installé correctement.

Maintenant, on adapte notre configuration Debian à la FHS :

# ls –ld /var/www

Si jamais le dossier /var/www n’est pas un lien symbolique vers /srv/web, il nous suffit de faire ceci :

# mv /var/www /srv/web.old# cd /var# ln -s /srv/web /var/www

Ensuite on vérifie si la manipulation à fonctionné :

# ls –ld /var/www

Le dossier /var/www doit alors apparaître comme étant un lien symbolique vers /srv/web

On créé les dossiers Virtualhost :

#mkdir –p /var/www/glpi.iia-laval.lan/{htdocs,log,tmp} /var/www/html

Une fois les dossiers du Virtualhost créé, on créer le fichier Virtualhost pour la machine :

# cd /etc/apache2/sites-available# nano glpi.iia-laval.lan.conf

Il ne reste plus qu’a rentrer le contenu suivant dans le fichier :

Bien sur, dans l’exemple ci-dessus, on utilise l’adresse IP 172.16.6.100, dans votre cas il vous faudra utiliser la votre.

Une fois le contenu ajouté au fichier Virtualhost, on créer temporairement le dossier glpi-9.0.5 :

#mkdir –p /var/www/glpi.iia-laval.lan/glpi-0.90.5

On active le fichier Virtualhost pour la machine à l’aide de la commande suivante :

# a2ensite glpi.iia-laval.lan.conf

Si l’activation à bien fonctionné, on nous affiche :

Enabling site glpi.iia-laval.lan.To activate the new configuration, you need to run: service apache2 reload

Enfin, on redémarre le service Apache2 :

# service apache2 restart

Afin de vérifier si apache fonctionne correctement on utilise la commande netstat :

# netstat –pantu | grep 80

Si le service fonctionne bien, alors on obtient :

tcp6 0 0 :::80 :::* LISTEN 31749/apache2

Installation GLPIOn se place dans le dossier des applications Web :

# cd /var/www/glpi.iia-laval.lan

On supprime ensuite le dossier temporaire /var/www/glpi.iia-laval.lan/glpi-0.90.5 :

# rm –rf /var/www/glpi.iia-laval.lan/glpi-0.90.5

Une fois le dossier temporaire supprimé, on télécharge l’archive :

#wget -O glpi-0.90.5.tar.gz https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/releases/download/0.90.5/glpi-0.90.5.tar.gz

Puis on extrait son contenu :

# tar -zxf glpi-0.90.5.tar.gz

Maintenant, on renomme le dossier glpi en indiquant un numéro de version :

# mv glpi glpi-0.90.5# rm glpi-0.90.5.tar.gz

Enfin on modifie les droits d’accès :

Installation FusionInventory

Dans un premier temps, il nous faut repérer la bonne version de FusionInventory. Pour ce faire, on ce rend sur http://fusioninventory.org/get/ on suit les liens du chapitre Server (http://fusioninventory.org/documentation/fi4g/installation.html)

Ensuite, on se rend sur le site de développement du plugin : https://github.com/fusioninventory/fusioninventory-for-glpi/releases

Enfin on copie l’adresse du lien de la dernière version du plugin :

https://github.com/fusioninventory/fusioninventory-for-glpi/releases/download/glpi090%2B1.4/fusioninventory-for-glpi_0.90.1.4.tar.gz

Une fois la bonne version récupéré, il ne nous reste plus qu’à installer FusionInventory :

# cd /var/www/glpi.iia-laval.lan/glpi-0.90.5/plugins# wget https://github.com/fusioninventory/fusioninventory-for-

glpi/releases/download/glpi090%2B1.4/fusioninventory-for-glpi_0.90.1.4.tar.gz

# tar -zxf fusioninventory-for-glpi_0.90.1.4.tar.gz

On vérifie si le dossier « fusioninventory » existe :

# ls -ld fusioninventory

Ensuite, il ne nous reste plus qu’a supprimer l’archive :

# rm -f fusioninventory-for-glpi_0.90.1.4.tar.gz

Une dernière chose à faire est de configurer le Plugin. On se rend sur l’URL d’administration des plugins : http://172.16.6.100/glpi/front/plugin.php et on installe le plugin FusionInventory afin de l’activer par la suite.

Dans le menu Plugins vous verrez apparaître un sous-menu « FusionInventory »

Paramétrage initiale GLPI

Une fois que vous avez installé GLPI, tapper dans votre navigateur le lien suivant http://192.168.3.106/glpi (bien sur l’adresse que vous utiliserez sera la votre, iciil s’agit juste d’un exemple)

Une fois le lien entré, vous obtiendrez cette page. Jusqu’ici pas trop compliqué on vous demande juste de choisir votre langue.

Une fois les conditions de licences acceptées, on peut commencer l’installation

Une fois la vérification terminé, il vous faut vous connecter à la base de données GLPI :

Le mot de passe de base sera le même que celui de l’utilisateur ; ici on sera connecté en tant que glpi (donc le mot de passe sera glpi)

Il faut ensuite passer par un test de connexion à la base de données, sois vous sélectionner

celle déjà présente, sois vous créer la votre si vous disposer des droits.

Le compte administrateur GLPI qui est utilisé au niveau de l’interface Web n’a rien à voir avec le compte utilisé au niveau de la base de données (ils sont tous les deux différents biens évidemment).

Maintenant, connectons-nous avec le login glpi et le password glpi:

Vous devez supprimer ou renommer le fichier /usr/share/glpi/install/install.php:

# cd //usr/share/glpi/install# mv install.php install.php.old

Comme nous avons installé le plugin FusionInventory précédemment, il ne nous reste plus qu’à l’activé sur notre GLPI :

Pour cela, allez dans Configuration > Plugins une fois connecté à GLPI avec le compte administrateur.

La page qui s’affichera ensuite sera celle-ci :

Vous voyer bien que les plugins sont vides, il faut donc télécharger celui de FusionInventory :

# cd /usr/share/glpi/plugins# wget https://github.com/fusioninventory/fusioninventory-for-glpi/releases/download/glpi090%2B1.4/fusioninventory-for-glpi_0.90.1.4.tar.gz

# tar zxvf fusioninventory-for-glpi_0.90.1.4.tar.gz# rm –f *.tar.gz

Une fois le plugin installé, réactualisez la page afin de l’installer :

Une fois installé, vous pouvez activer le plugin :

Ensuite, allez dans Plugins> FusionInventory. Le serveur a besoin de connaître

Vous pouvez renseigner tout ce que vous souhaiter : identifiant, nom, prénom, les logins pour vous connecter etc. Une fois que vous avez apporté ou modifier tout ce que vous souhaitiez, il ne vous reste plus qu’a sauvegarder.

De plus, si vous souhaiter supprimer l’utilisateur en question, il vous suffit simplement d’utiliser l’option « Mettre à la corbeille »

Création d’un groupe

Dans certains cas, il est bien de définir des groupes aux utilisateurs si vous souhaiter par exemple automatiser l’affectation des tickets par des règles métiers. Bien évidemment il faut faire la distinction entre groupe et catégorie d’utilisateur. On peut aussi synchroniser les
