First Name This is your first and middle names that are scanned from the document you uploaded.

Last Name This is your last name/family name that is scanned from the document you uploaded.

Date of Birth The date shown here is the birthdate on the document you scanned.

Address The address on the document you uploaded, if applicable (passports have no address).

Account Status Status of the account associated with the phone number entered by the end user.

Birthdate Score Score returned by matching service on birthdate.

Document Check Result The field is the overall scan result: clear (good scan with no evidence of tampering), caution (Ok scan with some flags to be considered), suspected (scan process detected some tampering or fraud attempts), rejected (the document could not be processed).

Document Number The document number from your scan.

Document Type The type of document you scanned.

Clear means there was a good positive result, caution means some scores or sub-scores came in under the ‘clear’ threshold but it was still a positive scan, suspected means there was evidence of tampering or fraud attempt, and rejected means the photo could not be processed.

SIM Change Frequency Based on Telco information* this field indicate the number of times the SIM has changed in the last month.

SIM Change Age Based on Telco information* this field indicates the time range since the most recent sim card change. This information provides when the Phone Number or SIM was last changed and provides a means to help clients detect potential fraud associated with frequent SIM, Device, or Phone Number Changes, i.e. SIM swap fraud. *Telco Carriers covered: Bell, Rogers, Telus, Koodo Mobile, Lucky Mobile, Fido, Virgin Mobile.

card data to photo on card vs. selfie; and spoofing. detection. 2. Sometimes you will see a numerical score, in other cases there is a “flag” that is generated by a score falling into a predefined range and triggering a result “clear”, “suspected” etc.

3. As we have more document types and more volume passing through the system over time the ML/AI will improve match scores and performance of the system overall.
