Personal Details
I am a 41 year old outgoing person. I have 3 grown up children and two grandchildren; my family are extremely important to me and enjoy spending time with them.
My hobbies are taking long walks with my two dogs and days out with the grandchildren.
I am customer focused and can deal with situations calmly and effectively with either people who are distressed or possibly angry also. I have very good people skills with a great deal of experience dealing with all sorts of people, have a good telephone manner and always able to keep calm in any circumstance.
I can prioritise workload by simply checking what is urgent and what is not and can work quickly and accurately even under pressure.
I am happy to work in a flexible way to meet the needs of the service but know the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
I am good at English and Numeracy as I run the household budget and have had to learn these basic new skills but am keen to lean more and would be happy to train in any area if needed for me to become an effective member of a team.
I have a full driving licence and am happy to travel to and from a place of work.
