Library Access for Classes The library uses flexible scheduling. A

flexible, open schedule provides easy access when needed by individuals, groups and classes.

Flexible scheduling ensures that the library program is integrated into all areas of the curriculum.

Teachers schedule class time on the library calendar on the circulation desk. Teachers are required to fill out a simple visit planning form (attached)

Library Access: Individual Students

Teachers can send 2 students at a time on passes to get books or to research. Please specify if computer use is allowed.

We try to make sure students use their time well, but cannot always ensure that they are timely. It is helpful if you give a “return time” on passes

We do not write late passes. Students are responsible for getting to class on time
