Congratulations on your engagement! Wedding planning is a very exciting experience. Here at Dominion
Valley Country Club, we strive to do everything we can to make your planning process and wedding day
completely stress-free. Our dedicated Catering Staff will walk you through every step of the process to
plan the wedding of your dreams.
Our Great Lawn is the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony. You couldn’t ask for a better backdrop
than our pond and pristine golf course. Our experienced Catering Staff can also coordinate your
rehearsal and ceremony for you to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Our Patio provides the ideal
space for your cocktail hour. Your guests will enjoy their cocktails and hors d’oeuvres overlooking the
water and fountains. For your dinner, you will move to our Waverly Room. This grand ballroom can seat
up to 150 guests. There is also an outdoor veranda off of the Waverly Room for your guests to enjoy
throughout the night. If you are looking for space for an outdoor reception, our Great Lawn can be tent-
ed to seat up to 200 people.
Dominion Valley Country Club offers several all-inclusive wedding packages, but we would be happy to
tailor a package to your specific needs and wishes including a customized menu. We also can work with
you to plan an unforgettable rehearsal dinner, bridal shower or post-wedding brunch.

Reception Enhancements
Wedding Packages
Our Wedding Packages are priced per person and include room rental fees, service charges and taxes.
The packages include a four-hour room rental, not to exceed midnight. Your room rental begins at the
start of your cocktail hour. You may extend your reservation at a rate of $350 per hour, which does not
include bar service. Young adults (ages 11 to 20) are charged at a rate of $65 per person. There is a
Food and Beverage minimum on a Saturday evening of $8,500. The Food and Beverage minimum
for a Friday or Sunday evening is $4,250.
Ceremonies at Dominion Valley Country Club
There is an $800 fee to host your ceremony at Dominion Valley Country Club. This fee includes
the use of our Great Lawn or Waverly Room for your ceremony. You may also use either location
for one hour for rehearsal the day before your wedding. The fee also includes the set-up and use
of (150) folding chairs, wireless microphones, and one hour of additional time starting with your
ceremony. If you choose to use the Great Lawn for your ceremony, the Waverly Room will be held as
a rain option. One of Dominion Valley’s experienced Wedding Coordinators will be happy to
coordinate your ceremony and rehearsal for a fee of $500.
Food and Beverage
Your final guest count and menu selections are due by noon, 7 days prior to your wedding date. This
guarantee is not subject to reduction. Our Chef will be happy to work with you regarding any dietary
concerns. If you select the plated option, you are responsible for providing Dominion Valley Country
Club with color-coded place cards denoting each guest’s entrée choice. Children’s Meals (ages 12 and
under) are available at a price of $12.50 each and include Chicken Fingers and French Fries. Vendor
Meals are available at a price of $12.50 each and include a Club Sandwich and Chips. No outside Food
or Beverage may be brought into the club with the exception of your Wedding Cake.
Payment
A $1,500 non-refundable deposit is required when you sign your contract. 50% of the estimated
balance due will be charged 60 days prior to your wedding. Your final payment is due 7 days prior to
your wedding with your final guest count and menu selections. Payments are accepted in the form of
Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, Mastercard or Visa.
Policies
How many guests will the Waverly Room seat? The Waverley Room will seat 150 people with
a dance floor. If you have a buffet, the Waverley Room will accommodate 130 people.
Does Dominion Valley have a separate space for cocktail hour? There is an outdoor patio
that you may use for your cocktail hour. If the weather is unfavorable, your cocktail hour will be
held in the Waverly Room.
Does Dominion Valley have a ceremony lawn, and how many chairs will be provided? Yes,
our Great Lawn is available for your ceremony. We will provide up to 150 folding chairs.
If I have an outdoor ceremony at Dominion Valley, what is the weather contingency plan?
If you plan to have an outdoor ceremony, we will hold the Waverly Room or covered portico for
your ceremony as a rain plan.
Does the Great Lawn have audio capabilities? There is power available, as well as a wireless
microphone and speakers.
Does Dominion Valley have an area for me to get ready before my ceremony? Our Board
Room may be used as a Bridal Suite for you to get ready prior to your ceremony.
Am I required to have a coordinator for my rehearsal and ceremony? A coordinator is not
required, but strongly recommended. One of Dominion Valley Country Club’s experienced coor-
dinators will be happy to coordinate your wedding for a fee of $500.
When is the final balance due? 50% of your estimated final balance is due 60 days before your
wedding date. Your final balance is due 7 days before your wedding date with your final guest
count.
What additional vendors do I need to book for my wedding? You are responsible for booking
the florist, DJ/Band, Cake, Photographer and Officiant. We will provide you with a list of
vendors as suggestions.
Do I need to rent upgraded linens and chairs through Dominion Valley? We will provide
white or ivory cotton linens. We will be happy to rent linens, chairs, etc. for you. If you choose to
rent your own linens, chairs, etc., there is a $350 handling fee.
Do I need to provide a guest list for the Security Gate? Yes, you are responsible for providing
a guest list to us so that your guests will be cleared to enter the community.
Does Dominion Valley allow outside catering? With the exception of your wedding cake, all
food and beverage must be provided by Dominion Valley Country Club.

Directions from I-495:
From I-495, proceed West on I-66 to exit 40 towards Haymarket. From I-66, turn right onto Rt.
15 North and proceed 1.9 miles. Turn right onto Dominion Valley Drive. At the first light, turn
left onto Tournament Drive. At the traffic circle, take your first right onto Arnold Palmer Drive.
The clubhouse will be on your right.
