PROFESSIONAL PROFILE Dominique Dennery is a senior management consultant and an expert bilingual facilitator and coach with over 25 years of experience in the field of human development in organizations. She is a Certified Management Consultant, a Certified Professional Facilitator, is accredited for the Myers-‐Briggs Type Indicator, and has been licensed or certified in three coaching instruments.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE Dominique Dennery provides consulting services to public service leaders who want to build their teams, resolve long-‐standing interpersonal conflicts, manage diversity issues and address ethical risks. She is also sought after as a career coach. • Employment Equity and Diversity Management: Support departments and agencies in developing EE and Diversity Strategies and Plans; conduct consultations; facilitate large forums; lead Employment Systems Reviews; develop programs -‐-‐ including Succession Planning, Mentoring programs; design and deliver training, Diversity Awareness and Cross-‐Cultural Sensitization workshops.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY 1995 to present President, Dennery Resources Inc. Dominique Dennery founded Dennery Resources in 1995 in response to a strong need for bilingual consulting services in human resources development in the federal public sector. The company draws on seasoned consultants to provide clients with support in organizational development, change and transition management, employment equity/diversity, career management, learning/development, coaching and facilitation. Clients include federal departments and agencies, crown corporations, and non-‐government organizations in Canada and abroad. Coopers & Lybrand Consulting (1992 – 1995) Senior Manager, Organizational Development/Human Resources Dominique Dennery conducted consulting assignments in human resources management for clients in the public and private sectors in Canada and abroad. Assignments included the HR components of large-‐scale re-‐engineering projects for Income Security Programs and International Immigration Services; large training initiatives geared at managers and team leaders to increase their proficiency in facilitating group dynamics and leading transitions; change management initiatives; HR audits and evaluations; Employment Equity program design and development; executive search; outplacement counseling and a number of facilitation assignments related to strategic and business planning.

Privy Council Office (1990 – 1992) Resourcing and Succession Planning Governor-‐in-‐Council Appointments Dominique Dennery was a senior officer responsible for succession planning for appointments made by the Governor-‐in-‐Council. These include deputy heads and heads of Crown Corporations, federal agencies, boards and commissions. In this capacity, she supported the review by the Committee of Senior Officials of individuals aspiring to deputy head positions within the public service and coordinated executive search processes for external candidates. She prepared key files for the performance review of individuals in the senior echelons, and led a project focused on improving the performance management process. Dominique Dennery began her career in the federal public service in Health Canada as a professional writer-‐editor. She then moved to the Public Service Commission where she worked as a professional in internal and external communications, communications planning, and creative services. She managed the Creative Services Division for the PSC for a year and eventually made the transition to the Executive Programs Branch where she developed expertise in the staffing of executive positions, as well as career counseling and referral services for individuals aspiring to these positions.
