Since the estimation of quantity was difficull it ni~y be said tl13.t the clestruction was net less than ZO per cent, and probably more than 25 per cent of the rnass oi the cerebrum, with an upper limit nf probably 35 pP.r ~t:nt, possibly :l!S- high 3~ 40per cent.The patient's psychological status appeared tohf' exceptionally eoocl.
