The aim of the project is to learn how to actively organize our time and manage different

activities which we do every day. During 7-day long project we will learn about methods,

techniques and tools helpful in effective planning, organization and management of daily

activities in different areas. We will discuss why proper organization is so important in

our lives, why is it worth to start to plan our time, and we will also discuss about different

attitudes toward planning and punctuality in different cultures and countries.

We will also try to convince our peers that it is worth to start planning and that this is

hard process only at the beginning, but later it helps to simplify our lives. In our brochure

we will present the basic rules of managing ourselves in time adapted to the youth like us.

The European Meeting Centre – Nowy Staw Foundation was established in Lublin in

1993 by a group of a students who wanted to cooperate with their peers from other

countries.

The Foundation supports all social initiatives that aim at building civil societies, co-

operation and solidarity between nations. It promotes Lublin and Lubelskie Voivodeship

as the meeting place of different cultures and nations. The Foundation bases its action on

Christian principles.

European Centre of Youth Co-operation is a one of our work areas. It supports the

coactions and international contacts of youth, especially in Europe. One of the main forms

of activity are the international meeting of youth. It helped young people from Lubelskie

Voivodeship to organized youth exchanges from Youth in Action and now from Erasmus
