For the sake of this report and because they are the best of the bunch we are going to focus on weekly

Binary’s.

A weekly Binary Option can be bought or sold on things like Oil, Gold, the FTSE, Japanese Yen, and ETF’s

like the S&P 500 EUR/USD, USD/JPY Copper, Corn and much more. In fact there are over 20 underlying

instruments that you can place trades on!

A weekly Binary means you make trading decisions on a Monday on a particular outcome by Friday!

So you make the trade on Monday and you win or lose on Friday – In other words Friday is your payday!

Keep reading because if you have ever traded anything for any time at all you are going to love what I’m

going to share with you.

Here’s a quick example of the kind of staggering profits you can make with a simple momentum trade

like this one on the S&P 500.

On Monday I decided that at 1432.00 the S&P would move higher by Friday. Not much higher but my

analysis told me there would be a push up – this analysis was one of a technical and fundamental nature

and many of you won’t be quite ready for this type of analysis – and that’s all right wait til you see my

next trade.

Anyway we placed a Binary Option trade that said the S&P would be greater than 1443.50 by Friday!

This cost us $23 per lot and the payout is always just $100.

Here’s what price did by Friday…

As you can see it closed well above our target so our 5 lots of $115 paid us $500 for a whopping 334% in

just 4 days total.

We literally spent all of 12 minutes on the trade and never had more than $115 at risk at all times.

Additionally we knew before we started that we would make exactly $385 if we were correct. ($500 -

$115 = $385)

Within 4 days price had to close

above red line or we lost $23 per lot.

Three Methods for Cash Extraction

The method used on the S&P 500 is one you will need to get accustomed to if you want to smack home

runs now and again, but for now if events that drive markets isn’t your forte’ I have several other

strategies for you that ANYONE can use to make a boat load of cash – and if you think this sounds like

hype please keep reading, I think what I’m going to share with you will shock you.

The method above is called a momentum method, out of the

money – don’t let that scare you because this isn’t like options

it’s so much simpler it’s not even funny. The bottom line was

price had to be at or above that red-line to pay us $100 per lot.

So it was out of the money, (price wasn’t there yet) and it had to

move in the money - (above our red line).

We could have taken a different kind of trade… This is the in the

money momentum trade for those of us that aren’t confident in

our ability to predict what news might do to the markets.

Keep in mind when I started doing Binary options I made a ton of

mistakes with my NEWS assessments and trying to predict what

events would drive price to what levels wasn’t one of my strong

points, but when you begin to analyze these events, BECAUSE

you trade Binary’s, all of the sudden you start to remember

these events. The begin to stand out and you get pretty good at

an event or two, then 4 or 5 a quarter – and all of the sudden you’re pretty dam good at going right in

front of price and making 500%+ trades on a regular even MONTHLY basis.

So although you may stink at it now, your very involvement in Binary’s is going to automatically make

you an expert at certain events in no time flat.

But for now you aren’t an event or news expert so here’s what you do…

Let’s use the same trade but let’s assume we had no real idea what news was coming and what might

drive price in any direction.

Let’s examine a trade where we have some basic technical skills and we know enough to likely be right

for a 4 day hold…

In this case we go in the money and put on a trade that says price will be above 1407.50 by Friday.

The difference is price is already in the money AND it’s not going to cost us just $23 anymore, it’s going

to cost us $85.50. However the payout is the same - ALWAYS $100, so in this case we make $14.50 or a

measly 16.9%

A Measly 16.9% a WEEK!!!

Do I have your attention now?

Think about this for a minute… It’s Monday and you can get this conservative or this aggressive and

anything in between and make this kind of return by Friday every week of the year. If you think this is

amazing wait til you see my other methods for binary options.

These are both what I call momentum trades. So essentially you have 2 degrees of “riskiness” if you will

on the momentum trade. You can go out of the money and get in front of price and place your bet that

price will be greater than a certain price level by Friday.

Or you can go in the money and bet that price will remain above that price by Friday.

The further out you go the less the premium and the more you make. The further in you go the more it

costs and the less you make.

Let’s look at what’s called a Binary Options Ladder…

Price, already way above this mark

simply needs to close above this mark

– can you be accurate on a 4 day hold

with this much room for error?

Now pay attention because I’m going to “KNOCK” the hard part off this in about 25 seconds. That is part

of the beauty here is this is SO EASY! It’s 100 times easier than options and 10 times easier than Forex

and stocks and everything else in between.

Let’s examine the Binary ladder this is where you select your strike price.

The first thing to note is which strike is closest to $50 – this is the spot price, where you find $50 or the

closest strike to $50 is the strike price that is AT THE MONEY or closest to current price action RIGHT

NOW.

Everything above it is OUT OF THE MONEY and everything below it is IN THE MONEY.

See the black line I drew? (Pretend its price action) I like to look at it and imagine price has made its

way up to the 43/49 bid offer all strikes above that are OUT OF THE MONEY because price hasn’t

made it there yet, and the ones below are IN THE MONEY because the are LESS THAN current price!

OK so remember each winning trade pays $100 look at the BLUE side the offer. In the middle on the

EUR/USD for example it goes from $49.00 out of the money to $30, then $14.50 then $5.50 so if we

believe price will make it to those strike by Friday we can buy those strikes for that price. All pay $100

by Friday. If we bought the $5.50 strike of 1.3225 then price would have to be equal to or greater than

that price by 3pm EST Friday and we make $100. For a whopping 1,554%.

Now from a statistical standpoint you can use these prices almost like a statistical % of likeliness that

price will be there by Friday. So if we drop to the lowest offer on the EUR/USD it’s a price of $98.00

which means we would make only $2 but there’s a 98% chance we will close above that price.

If we look at the S&P500 offer of $83.50 there’s about an 83% chance we would close above that price

in 4 days (by Friday) and we would make $16.50. So you can use your price as a gauge for average

statistical outcome. Does it mean it’s going to be accurate – heck no. In fact I have had many trades that

were out of the money for say $20.00 meaning I’m only have a 20% chance that it’s going to close in my

favor and I win – and I make a 400%+ return in just 4 days.

So remember that to overcome the statistical probabilities we use a combination of fundamental and

technical analysis to gain an edge and put the odds more in our favor.

Also, this is a ZERO sum game. The market makers make their money in very small commissions of

$1.80, .90 cents in and .90 cents out with a cap at 10 lots so the most you will pay in commissions is

$18.00 in and out for 10 lots or 50 lots – this is absolutely a fair deal and a great price for this kind of

trading.

So when you place a trade for say $20.00 someone on the other side is placing a trade for $80 and only 1

of you wins the $100 – so essentially one of you gets ZERO and one of you gets the entire $100. It’s just

like options in that respect and on these 20 underlying instruments there’s a ton of volume.

Strategies

So the first thing I showed you was the momentum strategy which in itself has several variables to

accommodate any risk appetite. But I want to show you a couple more strategies to really show you

how powerful Binary Options are.

The Break-out Trade

The breakout trade is one I use often because it’s simple and it works out most of the time and it pays

well – AND you have so many underlyings to do it on that its ripe for the picking more than once a week

between all the instruments at your disposal. Here’s how it works.

Let’s say we have the S&P in a trading range and there is significant news coming up that we know for

sure is going to move price dramatically, but we just don’t have a clue about direction. We simply

bracket the spot price and buy above the spot and sell below it – so simple. In fact let’s use GOLD this

time and let’s say we believe that an upcoming report is going to move price dramatically, and again we

have no clue in which direction.

So if price breaks above 1776.50 or below 1756.50 we make good money! How much money? The

bottom line is the trade cost us our MAX LOSS to put on so the one we bought is easy its $45.50, the one

we sold we sold for $71.00 so it cost us $29.00 to put on total cost to put on trade = $74.00.

Now, no matter what direction price goes we get $100 or 35% in 4 days. This is a really cool trade and I

can show you how to crank out 10-20% a week every week on trades just like this. Easy simple trades,

that come in unlimited supply.

to give you a feel for what will drive these instruments or when to expect no movement at all.

Speaking of NO MOVEMENT AT ALL let’s look at Such a

Strategy…

If we have an instrument that is trading in a range and there is no foreseeable news or events in the

coming week that will thrust it out of this range we can do what I call a Bracket Trade where we sell the

ceiling and buy the floor!

Here’s a hypothetical, I did not do this trade but I want to show you an important example. I use an

hourly chart in this example so that we can see the intraday activity but still see the entire week. In a

bracket trade we isolate where the top of the range is and where the bottom is. Then we sell the top

and buy the bottom like this…

The red lines indicate a tighter range which is more profitable but more risky that price will not stay

within the range. The black lines give us more room to move without closing outside our range. Notice

that with the black price levels we still make 25% in 4 days!

With the red price levels we sell the top for $63.00 and buy the bottom for $71.00. Total outlay of cash

is $134.00 and total payoff is $200 (2 trades in all) if price stays inside these lines. Keep in mind when

you put these on you only have to be right for 4 days!

This is not some Iron Condor trade where you have to hope and pray that for 30 days your right, and

when you’re wrong you have to attempt impossible and expensive adjustments that make absolutely no

sense!

No folks these are easy, the only adjustment you will ever do is buy or sell back a little early, and its

almost 100% intuitive!

Where do I open my account?

Let me start with this – Binary options aren’t new. BIG Institutions have been trading them for years,

and in Europe they have been using them for sports betting and making a killing for a long time. Problem

has been with the unregulated market makers is that when someone gets good and starts making a

Conclusion

If you jump right into this without any rhyme or reason regarding your trading decisions you can begin a

losing streak just like anything. If you insist on jumping right in then I would highly recommend you

simply do in the money momentum trades every Monday, and be happy with the 10% a week that it

allows. Problem is each of those trades will cost $85.00+ so if you have a small account that won’t work

for you.

The other option is the out of the money home runs that pay you 500%+ in 4 days. These are the trades

that you feel will move up to your strike by Friday and they can pay HUGE MONEY FAST!

If you start small with these trades keep in mind you can put 10 trades on fro like $100 and if 3 of them

hits you make $150 – that’s a 50% total return in a week. With some effort you could quickly build a nice

sized account.

If you have a $10,000 account and you do real conservative in the money trades, making a $1,000 a

week is a TOTAL NO BRAINER! – If you pull out $500 cash a week your account is still compounding

dramatically and you’re making a nice income as well.
