Located in the neighbourhood of Meridian 101º Bukit Bintang, Menara Warisan will be completed in 2018 and it will assume the position as the tallest building in Malaysia. This commercial development will not only be a prominent landmark in the city but will also feature a mixed development of offices and retail outlets.
The TRX will be Malaysia’s premier financial hub and enhance Malaysia’s participation in the global economy — and it will only be a stone’s throw from Meridian 101º Bukit Bintang. Revel in the fact that Meridian 101º Bukit Bintang will be neighbours to major domestic and international companies as well as a cadre of talents from all over the world.

Everything Is Within ReachEven in the privacy of this sanctuary, one is just a few steps away from accessing the city proper and the surrounding suburbs and areas. Having four LRT and Monorail stations and other public transportation facilities, as well as major roads and streets, right next to you means that you are never too far away from what life has to offer.
Jalan Bukit Bintang, Jalan Sultan Ismail, and Jalan Imbi form the main shopping avenues in the BBGT, featuring many of the city’s most famous malls like Starhill Gallery, Lot 10, and Pavilion KL, the latter of which boasts 450 retail outlets. Not far away lies Suria KLCC, which is the retail extension of the Petronas Twin Towers. Furthermore, many other shopping complexes are situated in along Jalan Ampang, which is adjacent to Suria KLCC, also has several shopping complexes.

Walk along Kuala Lumpur’s premier chillout location and immerse yourself in the variety of swanky bars, pubs, and restaurants that are a focal point for urbanites all day, every day. Here, the party never stops and you will soon realise why Changkat Bukit Bintang is Kuala Lumpur’s true nightlife haven and the scene for the capital’s chic, trendy socialites and urban natives.
Jalan Alor Changkat Bukit BintangThis street is a nocturnal food animal’s dream, with plenty of cuisine offerings to whet the appetite — no wonder it is Bukit Bintang’s de facto food street. Weave through the hustle of Jalan Alor’s regulars and visitors alike who have come from all over to sample a myriad of local delicacies that have been perfected over many years. Dine al fresco, Malaysia style, in the warmth of the tropical climate or in the coolness brought by the evening rain. Take in mouth after mouth of tantalising dishes that are not only easy on the wallet but represent the liveliness, colour, and character of this famous street.

Petaling Street
Royal Selangor Golf Club (RSGC)
Petaling Street, also known to locals as Chinatown, is a prominent landmark in the older part of Kuala Lumpur and it has been a focal point for trading for well over a hundred years. Though it is under continuous development, Petaling Street’s liveliness has not dimmed. Rather, it has stood the test of time, and continues to offer a variety of street foods — many of which are well-known haunts of local cuisine aficionados — and good bargains.
The RSGC, founded in 1893, is one of the city’s oldest and most prestigious golf clubs. Situated just 10 kilometres away from Meridian 101º Bukit Bintang, the RSGC has been more than just a sporting venue for the past century; it has been an exclusive socialising opportunity for the city’s elite and members are also welcome in reciprocal clubs all over the world. Residents of Meridian 101º Bukit Bintang are only minutes away from this historical site and never too far away to be a part of the occasion.
16
Meridian 101º Bukit Bintang will be located within an extensive mixed development project that combines the best of residential and commercial conveniences: a Best Western hotel, the largest hotel chain in the world; shopping malls decked with the latest wares; and rows of food and beverage outlets that feature a plethora of cuisines await those who make Meridian 101º Bukit Bintang their abode.
Furthermore, Meridian 101º Bukit Bintang’s flexible units, built for living, playing, and working, are large and generously-spaced. Its uses are only limited by one’s imagination, even if you only have a studio-sized workspace in mind. These units were made to be entirely customisable because we know and appreciate that today’s urbanites have well-defined and mature aesthetic ideals that they would also like to extend to their workspaces — which are increasingly become a part of the home. With that in mind, that is how we made these units: flexible.

Pudu Sentral
SMART Highway
Pudu Sentral, formerly Pudu Bus Station, is a major bus terminal that serves north-bound bus routes to destinations including Penang, Ipoh, Cameron Highlands, and Hatyai, Thailand. Tickets to these places may be purchased online and the terminal is yet another transportation avenue for Meridian 101º Bukit Bintang residents who would like to visit these northern destinations for work or play.
The Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel (SMART) is a dual-use expressway that both mitigates flash floods in Kuala Lumpur and serves as a link between the Southern Gateway and the city centre. The KL-Seremban Highway, Federal Highway, Besraya, and East-West Link are all made more accessible by SMART — and the best thing is that it is situated right next to Meridian 101º Bukit Bintang.
