Managed to get full share of Bhakra-Beas waters for the State of Rajasthan. Carried out emergency repairs of the IGNP and did not let water supply systems suffer even when the main canal was under repair.
Drew up new projects for water management through local governance. It was subsequently funded by the World Bank.
