♦ 2011-2013, Program Director, Master of Science degree program in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine at
University of Western States uws.edu
Developed and deployed—starting with zero staff, zero faculty, zero students—a 550-hour 55-credit accredited
graduate program. Developed the program to a financial value of US$2.6million within 18 months based on
established and projected income from approximately 120 graduate students. Upheld highest standards of academic
integrity despite an unsupportive administrative environment, from which I chose to leave so that I could develop
additional programs and projects that are consistent with the high standards and aspirational goals of social and
intellectual integrity for the faculty and students attracted to work and study under my leadership.
