DR. MUNI BARISH Bio Dr. Muni Barash graduated from Stanford University and Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Presbyterian Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. Subspecialty training was completed during a two-year fellowship in Infectious Diseases at the University of New Mexico. Dr. Barash is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He has been in private practice since 1981 and in 2014 he won the Castle Connolly Region Top Doctor Award. Dr. Barash is an asset to the Washington Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine physician team since he brings a valuable approach to resolving wounds that have characteristics of infection.
