On Tuesday Nights, Sept. 9-Oct. 7, we
will be meeting at the church for a time
of ministry and outreach to members
and prospects. At different ministry/
outreach centers you will be able to
write cards or notes, make visits
(hospital, nursing home, prospect, or
evangelistic), or maybe take a cooler of
bottled waters to a park or ball field
and give them away to children and
parents. We will have something that
fits you. Here is a brief outline of what
you will experience.

Dear Burkemont Family,
We want to thank you for the
many prayers, calls, visits, cards,
“goodies”, and encouraging words
you gave to Azalie and us during
her period of declining health and
passing. She missed being in worship with you but
she read the bulletin from cover to cover each
Sunday afternoon so she would know what was
going on at Burkemont. She looked forward to
receiving the prayer list each week. She read it
carefully and prayed for the many needs.
We also want to thank our pastors and staff for
your support during her time of declining health and
death.
