Based on what your booth includes, as described on page 4, you can personalize your space, change what is included or bring your own structure, at your own expense, while respecting the rules applicable at the venue. RULES AND GUIDELINES FOOD SERVICES Capital Traiteur Montréal Inc. is the exclusive supplier of food services at the Palais des congrès. Any waiver request should be addressed to Capital Traiteur for evaluation.

RESPECT OF THE VENUE Exhibitors shall take the necessary measures to prevent any damage to the venue, or they will be held responsible for it. Any stain, adhesive or paint residue that may be observed after the move out will be charged to the exhibitor.

RESPECT OF OTHER EXHIBITORS Exhibitors shall take the necessary measures to avoid disturbing other exhibitors (ex: oversized banners, excessive noise level, etc.). USE OF ADHESIVE Recommended brands for carpet tape are : Polyken 105c LPDE Scapa 274004 DC-W002A

The recommended brand and product for wall surfaces is: 3M Scotch Wall Mounting Tabs, 7220 The use of other products will imply clean-up costs. STICKERS The distribution of stickers is strictly forbidden by the Palais des congrès.

BALLOONS OR CONFETTIS The use of helium-filled balloons shall be pre-authorized by the Palais des congrès. The use of confettis is also forbidden. Any clean-up associated costs will be charged to the exhibitor.

Several parking options are available in the vicinity of the Palais des Congrès:
