Microsoft Vision & StrategyDemocratizing Business Intelligence
Improving organizations by providing business insights to all employees leading to better, faster, more relevant decisions
Issue : YPG has been using BI tools for years but the complexity of most of the solutions used were limiting user flexibility and thus benefits. They also were looking to reduce the overall costs while increasing end users satisfaction
Solution : YPG evaluated a selection of all the existing solutions on the market and selected Microsoft BI to develop performance management dashboards and operational reports
Result: They plan to increase the number of end users up to 2000 in the next 24 months while providing ad hoc self service analysis to employees throughout the organization
