Transforming data into a smart EV marketplace

Understanding the ever-shifting EV market helps you make well-informed decisions relevant to your utility.

In our Explore phase, we gather key market data at the national and state/regional level and the utility-speci� c region to provide you with our EV Market Snapshot Report. The report helps establish EV benchmarks in your service territory and de� nes reasonable EV adoption goals over time. Data will include current levels of EV ownership, key trends that will accelerate or slow down-market adoption, policies that are currently in place and demographic research to best articulate key audiences for your utility. The EV Market Snapshot Report is scalable and can be customized to meet the unique needs of your utility.

Sometimes you know the outcome you want but are unclear about the best way to get there. In the Inform phase, we create a custom EV Roadmap which is driven by data from the research completed in the EV Market Snapshot Report. The EV Roadmap serves as a guidepost for executing a strategy that meets your utility’s unique needs, goals and budget.

Our partnerships include ChooseEV, select state auto dealership associations, local EV charger installers and in some regions we can bring in UBER, LYFT and Nissan into partnership discussions. By bringing those relationships to our utility clients, we advance EV adoption at a much faster pace.

We are currently in discussions with select dealerships across the US and identifying the tools they need to better sell EVs. We have received very positive reviews on a strategy we developed which empowers an entire dealership to easily access local EV information such as incentives and promotions from utilities to help sell EV’s faster. We are also in dialogue with state auto dealership associations that are interested in EV sales training and tracking, sponsored awards for EV sales for and a number of other partnership concepts.

The Engage phase is focused on taking all the data from the EV Market Snapshot and implementing � eld services based on the work developed in the EV Roadmap. With the data carefully analyzed and the project designed, we are ready to drive results.
