The PRIMERGY servers TX150 S5, TX200 S3 and RX200 S3 have the appropriate logic on the motherboard to support this controller RAID performance The MegaRAID® SAS 8300XLP (ZCR SAS) offers maximum I/O performance and data throughput by leveraging a stable and proven RAID firmware.
