Soccer Corner Post Objective
The objective of the simulation is to verify weather the proposed soccer postdesign withstands the impact force of the soccer ball during impact.
Material Data:
The Material is considered to be PA6 with 30% GF and PA6 35%GF

Impact velocity:
The impact velocity is considered to be 126km/hr(35833.333mm/s), which istaken from the internet.This velocity considered is to be the worst case.

Soccer Corner Post Load Case:
• The ball is assumed to hit the bottom Corner post & the Top corner post,which are simulated separately.
• Load case 1a: Bottom Post - PA6 30% GF• Load case 1a: Bottom Post - PA6 35% GF• Load case 2a: Top Post - PA6 30% GF• Load case 2b: Top Post – PA6 35% GF
• Since the post is symmetry only left side of the post is tested by impacting theball. The other side say right will have the same scenario as of the left cornerposts.
• The initial velocity is taken as 35833.333mm/s (126km/hr)• Results are plotted in the following slides.
