Practice Expedition St Mary’s Loch Saturday 11th – Sunday 12th May 9am start at the school

Qualifying Expedition Pentland Hills Saturday 1st – Sunday 2nd June 9am start at the school

Day 1 Breakfast

at at home and make it a big one! Lunch

Prepare your lunch at home and take it at the top of your rucksack

Dinner Cooked in a trangia camping stove Easy to prepare and heat up

Day 2 Breakfast

You will make your breakfast on your camping stove so it should follow the same principles as dinner, being quick to cook or heat up

Lunch Made at home and taken in a sturdy box Filling and nutritious Will keep overnight

Should be kept in a pocket on the side of your rucksack in easy reach:

Fruit that wont get squashed (apples, oranges etc) Crisps Nuts Dried fruit, chocolate raisins etc Chocolate bars Cereal bars Juice/water Sweets Spare sandwiches

A flask Hot chocolate, coffee, tea bags Sugar Salt and pepper sachets Tomato/brown sauce sachets

Remember you will have to carry them all weekend!
