    The rules or Dust Tactics are written or two player games. O course you can usethem to play with 3, 4, 5, or even 6 players! The important thing is to keep the sidesbalanced.

    When more than two players are playing, consider that all o the rules apply to twosides instead o two players. So instead o alternating between units or each player,

    you alternate between units on each side. The players on the same side must decideamongst themselves whose turn it is!

    No matter the situation, dont orget that a unit can shoot back at an enemy unit i thatenemy unit shoots at it. In other words, i an enemy unit has clear line o sight to ariendly unit, that riendly unit has clear line o sight to that enemy unit.

    Terrain eatures can provide combined cover p ha c. In other words, aterrain eature providing Sot Cover combines with another terrain eature providing SotCover, which gives that unit Hard Cover. However, three eatures that provide Sot Cover

    still only provide Hard Cover.

    AttAckiNg cover elemeNtS

    A unit can attempt to destroy a cover element. Use the ollowing stats when targetingcover elements:

    Ammo Crates: 3 ; 2

    Anti-tank Traps: 5 ; 4

    Also, a vehicle can choose to crush an ammo crate when entering its space.

    When a cover element and a unit occupy the same space, they cannot be targeted bythe same weapon. I a player wants to attack both the unit and the cover element in thesame space, s a a w a n wapn n .When targeting both a cover element and a unit in the same space, resolve the attackagainst the unit rst, ollowed by the at tack against the cover element.

    To order an indirect shot, the observer unit must have the Artillery Strike skill. Also checkthat there are no other conditions necessary to call or the indirect shot (i.e., a CommandSquad must have a Radio to call or an indirect shot, etc.). The observer unit must
