1st PatientA female patient, 48 years old admitted to ER with : Chief Complaint:Pain at the right forearm for 1 hour before admission after traffic accident
Primary Survey :A : PatentB : Spontan, RR 20 x/minuteC : HR : 90 x/minute, BP: 130/90 mmHgD : GCS 15
Secondary Survey :Pain at the right forearm for 1 hour before admission after traffic accidentAt first patient was riding a motorcycle and suddenly she was hit by another motorcycle from the right side of her. Her forearm was hit directly by the handle bar of the motorcycle.Patient was still conscious after the accidentThere were no associated trauma

Working DiagnosedClosed fracture at the middle third of right forearm

X-Ray
Diagnosed :Closed fracture at the middle third of right radius bone Closed fracture at the middle third of right ulnar bone
For this patient we performed:Reposition + Circular cast
