12. Welcome to Chairman and Speakers with Bouquets in Technical Session and presentation of Mementos

Ms Sunita Agarwal will hand over the bouquets to DDG (CA & Enf) for presentation to Chairman and Speakers . Same team to handover Mementos to ADG for handing over to the Chairman and Speakers after technical session.

16. Preparation of kits

H (CAD) will provide the material to be put in the kit and shall get the kit ready one day in advance.

17. Venue arrangements at Dias--Mike Name plates, Flower Vases, Folders (with Speeches), water Flower arrangements, Multi Media Projection arrangements for Inaugural and Technical Session

-floral arrangements -checking of spellings of the text in the backdrop and on nameplates Proper placement of nameplates and the folders for VIPs in inaugural as well as Technical session Ensure immediate changeover f dais after inaugural session especially name plates, water bottle, number of chairs required etc. (No. of dignitaries to be confirmed from Head (CAD)

18. Seating Arrangements and General supervision and help in Auditorium

To ensure filling up of the hall so that no particular side should look empty and any other type of help required by the invitees
