The Refuge House Domestic Violence Speak Out and Candlelight Vigil will be held, Wednesday, Oct 19th at Tom Brown Park. The event honors victims of domestic violence and their families, celebrates the successes
domestic violence. Survivors of domestic violence and their families are invited to speak.
