DescriptionModular QPSK/8PSK-QAM transmodulator equipment for digitalsatellite TV transponders. The equipment converts the DVB-S/S2satellite digital channels into DVB-C digital CATV channels interrestrial band. Consisting of a power supply unit, an amplifierand up to 9 transmodulators which are mounted on a supportframe.ApplicationsIntended for cable operators and specially for large digital SMATVinstallations. The equipment allows the distribution of up to 90transponders, 720 digital programs, of different satellites andpolarities, through a single coaxial cable. Compatible with allMATV installations as the channels are distributed in terrestrialband. It is necessary to install individual DVB-C digital cable TVreceivers with each TV set.CharacteristicsAn essential feature of this equipment is its generous operatingtemperature margin which gives it great reliability. Zamak chassiswith metal side covers. F type connectors. Fast and easy assembly.
