Cocktail ReceptionButler Passed. Start your wedding reception with a creative cocktail reception of butler-passed hors d'oeuvres, tieredappetizer displays and a premium selection of liquors.

Dinner Service

Buffet. This option offers a variety of food options from regionally inspired cuisine to customized selections. Stations. Perfect for multiple cuisines. Offers versatility and the opportunity for guests to meet and mingle during dinner.

Plated. Guests are seated and served a four course classic and elegant starter, salad, duo entrée, and dessert. This style ofservice allows you to plan your wedding menu with confidence while choosing each course in advance.

Family Style. Starter and salad will be served individually, while entrée and sides are served family style for passing andsharing. This option encourages guests to socialize at the table while enjoying a second serving of their favorite side dish.

Our bartenders will prepare and charge your guestsfor their drinks on request as they are ordered. Guest AccommodationsA room block may be setup for guests attending yourevent. Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is12:00pm. If you would like to setup a block of rooms,a minimum of 10 guestrooms must be guaranteed orthe prevailing hotel rate will be offered.

Rehearsal Dinner or Welcome PartyEntertain your closest friends and family in an elegantand intimate setting by hosting your rehearsal dinnerin one of our private spaces. Our wedding specialistswill help you currate your menu and manage all of theaccompanying details so that you can relish in theexperience with your guests.

Noise OrdinanceGrand Hyatt Baha Mar has a variety of beautifuloutdoor event spaces available. However, to ensure allguests have an enjoyable and restful stay, we have seta 10:30pm noise ordinance for all outdoor events(beach can go until 12:00am). But don't worry, theparty may continue at your choice of several lounges,bars or nightclub.

Family BrunchThe perfect ending to the perfect celebration. Treatyour overnight guests to breakfast the following day.Your wedding specialist will arrange for a private roomwith dedicated waiters to serve your guests. This finaltouch will allow you to reminisce about the weddingand wish everyone farewell before you depart on yourhoneymoon.
