二、Method of use

1, if less than the volume of oil pump body, need to be the first

to add work oil pump (10 # engine oil) to work.

2, estimate the weight, avoid by all means use overload.

3, determine the weight of the center of gravity, choose jack

is the hard and soft mat, lest produce when lifting the danger

of dumping.

4, jack will clog jack-up, immediately with tough wood will

weight support in mind, it is forbidden to jack used as supports,

in order to avoid load imbalance, produce the danger of dumping.

5, when using manual pump first quick connector and docking,

and then choose the right position, the oil drain screw

tightening on the oil pump, can get a job. Unscrew the oil drain

screw, oil cylinder unloading.

三、Matters needing attention

A) when used as a empty phenomenon, can relax first oil drain

screw on the pump body, pump body vertical up head down to play

a few times, then tighten the oil drain screw, can continue to

use.

B) when a load, avoid by all means will be fast connection, so

as to avoid an accident and damaged parts.

C) this machine is oil as medium, oil and the machine

maintenance work must be done well, so as to avoid silting up

or oil leakage, affect the use effect.

D) new or long rear hydraulic jack, because of the oil cylinder

is memory is more air, began to use the piston rod may appear

tiny kick phenomenon, hydraulic jack no-load reciprocating

motion can be 2-3 times, to eliminate the air cavity. Idle jack

for a long time, due to seal the seal for a long time didn't

work hardening, which affects the service life of hydraulic

jack, so hydraulic jack in need not when, on a monthly basis

to hydraulic jack light reciprocating movement 2-3 times.

四、Matters needing attention in operation and maintenance

1, the working medium of the pump for YC - N46D hydraulic oil,

32 # anti-wear hydraulic oil, also can use 10 # transformer oil,

but is allowed to change to use other brand of oil.

2, used for the first time, fill up after the motor should be

clockwise rotation, if necessary, please open the machine cover,

whether as a forward, and several times, please point still

motor idling for a few minutes, in order to vent air from oil.

3, tank liquid level in oil mark the center line of the above,

in case of oil pump suction empty. Come on when the application

of 120 mesh strainer filter to the impurity in the oil. Often

use, once every two months to clean oil filter, tank cleaning

once half a year, and replace the new oil.

4, normal working oil temperature of 20-70 ℃. Cooling measures

should be taken when the oil temperature is too high or stop

pump, after waiting for the oil cooled sufficiently to use; The

oil temperature too low is not allowed to work directly, need

heating measures, by heat or low voltage operation to improve

the oil temperature.

5, before starting the machine, need to open the unloading valve,

in case the motor overload. When the system is for multiple

directional control valve export more, more attention should

be paid to open the unloading valve, pump working normally

closed after unloading valve, then throw the reversing handle

to switch the direction of oil flow.

6, jack can't overload is used, the base and top of weight,

vertical with the bearing pad fixation (if vertical jack-up not

fixed), joint should be avoided in the process of handling and

use of violent vibration, tighten handle ring screw, before

handling this product should not be working in a corrosive

environment.

7, this pump factory sort of working pressure shall not be

arbitrarily raising. Directional control valve, general

operating force does not exceed 100 n and accurate operation,

due to the reversing direction and hose connection unlimited,

so reversing valve should be familiar with when using

commutation position.

8, high pressure hose factory to withstand voltage test, test

pressure is 1.25 times the rated, but when used for a long time,

due to the aging of colloid, around the damage causes of hose

compression strength of lower, should pay attention to

regularly check, use frequently check once every six months.

Check with testing pump pressure, when pressure is lower than

1.25 times the rated pressure leak, bump or blasting must be

replaced. High pressure hose when using, should avoid sharp

discounts and appeared, the operator should pay attention to

not being too close to hose, in order to avoid blasting thrown

up here. In the fixed occasions, can be substituted for steel

pipe.

9, this pump maintenance once a year. Wash all parts with

kerosene, pay attention to protect the parts surface, may not

be any knock against, after the assembly, all moving parts

should be flexible, no local resistance.
