“Reflection of my Imperfection” is a heart-wrenching and touching album about redemption. It tells astory of a man who has it all and living a good life. But, slowly living life in the fast lane catches up tohim and he finds himself in a battle for not only his life, but also his soul. However, this man is asurvivor. His life does not stop there. With the help of an angel, he fights his way back and findsrelevance in his life once again.
The album “Reflection of my Imperfection” aims to bring inspiration to the listeners. It is about aperson’s journey through life, from having everything and losing it all, to getting back on track.Everyone can relate to this album, as every individual has experienced some kind of loss and pain atsome point in their lives. The album has a touching melody and soulful sounds that touches one’sheart.
As a songwriter and a true artist, Dylan has always been motivated to be original and creative. Heseeks to achieve this through crafting his own signature style of music. He started writing at the ageof 19 when he bought his very first guitar. Since then, he has continued pursuing his passion formusic and writing original songs. He comes from a Native American/Latino heritage, and music hasbeen rooted in his blood. Music is his salvation, and he uses it as therapy to help him overcomemental illness. It has allowed him to focus more on the good things in life.
Dylan has a multitude of accomplishments throughout his young career. Some of his originals can beheard on his full-length acoustic album titled “Addicted Melodies.” He has worked with Multi-Platinum, Grammy-nominated producer Ronnie King on the record, “High Tide” and the EP titled“It's All Good.”
As an artist, Dylan had also been invited to collaborate on the all-star project called “Mantra for GoodPeople.” It was produced by a five-time Grammy-winning record producer, Kenny O'Brien andspearheaded by Executive Producer Raquela Mejia. He has also performed throughout all ofSouthern California, which includes the Anaheim House of Blues, the residency in his hometown ofOxnard and a variety of shows in Los Angeles.
Dylan will release his debut full-length studio album "Reflection of my Imperfection” on June 22,2018. This album is composed of smooth, soulful, and sexy sounds that contain musical integrity trulymastered by Dylan.
