ABOUT US-
Mr. Kalpesh Patel has entered the Real Estate industry in 1997 and since then
has overseen the development of over 50 lac square feet comprising 16 Residential
and Commercial Projects in Ahmedabad.
Kalpesh is also the Promoter and Managing Director with Shree Siddhi Group since
1997.
He is associated as a Joint Venture partner with Godrej Garden City & Savvy
Swaraj Sports Living both Marquee Projects of Ahmedabad. Ganesh Meridian &
Ganesh Genesis are the recent upscale projects that have been executed under his
leadership.
He has played a key role in acquiring 660 acres of land for Maruti Suzuki in
Mandal- Bechraji Special Investment Region where Maruti Suzuki's plant will be built.
His experience encompasses all the aspects Real Estate Development from
Acquisition of land to execution of Projects. He firmly believes that by collaboration
we can achieve more and sustain it.

ABOUT US - CEO - AMUTHAN IYER
Amuthan is the CEO of Sakariya Group of Companies.
He is a proactive and results-driven management professional with 23 years
of comprehensive experience in national and international - new business
development, marketing strategy, sourcing and team building. Establishing business
in new territories through relationship building is his forte. He has a solid
experience with international business practices and is widely travelled in Latin
America, Middle East, and Africa. He has been instrumental in establishing systems
and processes that streamline operations and improve productivity.
At Sakariya, he is responsible for Organization Building, Branding & Marketing.
He is passionate about Creating and Sharing his Vision with his Team for effective
execution. He is responsible to formulate strategies for a strong foundation and
sustainable growth for all the stake holders in the company.
He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration followed by
an MBA in Marketing from University of Pune. His previous association has been with
Anil Ltd., Patcham Ltd (UAE) and Core Parenterals Ltd.

ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH &SAFETY
At Sakariya, Environment, Health and Safety is accorded the highest priority.
Our endeavor is to have a safe & injury/illness free workplace. We are committed to
take Proactive Steps by defining the safety procedures and systems at all stages of
construction. There will be a continuous interaction with our employees to
constantly create and maintain Health & Safety awareness.
It is company policy that accident prevention be a prime concern of all
employees. This includes the safety and well being of our employees,
subcontractors, and customers, as well as the prevention of wasteful, inefficient operations, and damage to property, equipment and environment.
We will ensure the EHS compliance for the job sites through a structured
approach by having training programs at the site. Implementation of such
systems will be strictly monitored by internal audits.
Protecting our environment is very important. We will optimize the use of
natural resources in order to reduce pollution, minimize wastage and maximize
reutilization/recycling.
We shall comply with or exceed the requirements and spirit of applicable environmental legislation and regulations.

This is the largest township amongst all Godrej projects in India. Spread over
240 acres of land, It will have more than 13000 Apartments & Villas, 40 acres of
scenic landscaping surrounded by schools, playgrounds, malls, entertainment
centres, hospitals, office spaces and a world class club house. Total size of the project is about 23 Million sq. ft.

Kalpesh Patel, the Promoter and Chairman is a Chemical Engineer. All his
professional experience of about 18 years is in the field of Real Estate. He is the
Promoter & Managing Director with Shree Siddhi Group since 1997. He has been an
