My Dear Inner Wheel friends, It is the month of June and we are welcoming Monsoon. In Marathi we have a saying “ ” which implies regularity of monsoon and yearly change in the Season Timetable. So Change is inevitable. This year we were fortunate to get the theme of “Lead the change” which helped us to make a positive impact through our great projects in the times of global COVID pandemic and lock down situations through out the year. I congratulate all the Office bearers and members of Dist. 313 for rising up in this difficult times and emerging as leaders of Change. I also want to thank my team of Club Editors who have published 196 very creative, Participatory, Environment friendly and informative E Bulletins and have not only showcased the activities of their respective Clubs excellently in the District, but have kept the members engaged in IW activities through out the year. Several Club Editors have published Bulletin of their Club for the 1st time. The Editors of newly formed clubs have also published their 1st bulletin. I am proud of my entire team of Club Editors of Dist. 313 who have stood with me and have strengthened my hands in these difficult times. Dear Friends in this last edition of District Bulletin of IW Year 2020-21 We have highlighted the silver and Golden Jubilee celebrations of the clubs in District 313 by sharing their moments of Nostalgia and pride. I am sure you will enjoy seeing those lovely photos and applaud their work. I take this opportunity to wish very best to Incoming DC Santosh Singh and her team of District Officers for the year 2021-22 My dear Friends my journey as District Editor through District E Bulletin of INNER LINK has been very enjoyable and creative. It gave me the opportunity to connect with you all. I am thankful to all of you for the love, appreciation you have showered on me for my Bulletins. It is time to say good bye. But the bond of Inner Wheel and Friendship continues for ever…. “When the world is so complicated, the simple and beautiful gift of friendship is within all of our hands.” So stay safe & stay connected…….. Man Ki Baat by District Chairman
My dear Inner Wheel friends, Let me congratulate each one of you for the successful execution of your
responsibilities in the face of this pandemic. The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand. Each one of us has done exactly this, given the best we can, success is but a word. It's been 12 months, and how fast we have come this far! Girls, it has been an absolute pleasure working, leading, mentoring, growing with you all. The resolute faith, infinite patience you have in me has made me stronger and wiser, and no wonder our District is well known in Inner wheel circles. The wheel of Friendship and Service, has been rolling, and am happy to note that our good work did not stop after reporting, but continues since the need is still there. This is the true meaning of the Inner Wheel and its objectives. As I read through your reports, I was proud to note the various hurdles overcome by you and achieve this pinnacle of success. It is not where you are in life that matters, but who is by your side that matters. I have no words to express the gratitude that I had you all alongside me, and together we have crossed the bridge of 20-21, over the many challenges, and difficulties.
