    Introduction

    As per the course requirement of our BBA Program E-commerceand e-banking (F#404) we have studied the annual reports of bdjobs.com.

    We have analyzed the process posting advertisement, creatingaccount by the job seekers, training system, recruiting process ofbdjobs.com. Actually this is the best recruitment website in Bangladesh.

    We have compared our theoretical knowledge & our learning from e-commerce system. It will help us to know more about usage of technologymediated communication. It also stretches our domain of knowledge byproviding views and ideas on different factors & application of e-commerceand e-recruitment and these are helpful for effectively & efficiently usingtechnology as communication tool.

    E-commerce is a type of industry where buying and selling of productor service is conducted over electronic systems such as the Internet andother computer networks. Electronic commerce draws on technologies suchas mobile commerce, electronic funds transfer, supply chain management,Internet marketing, online transaction processing, electronic datainterchange (EDI), inventory management systems, and automated datacollection systems. Modern electronic commerce typically uses the WorldWide Web at least at one point in the transaction's life-cycle, although it mayencompass a wider range of technologies such as e-mail, mobile devicessocial media, and telephones as well.

    Electronic commerce is generally considered to be the sales aspect ofe-business. It also consists of the exchange of data to facilitate the financingand payment aspects of business transactions.Some common applications related to electronic commerce are the

    You have to fill up at least first two steps to submit your resume. Details ofthese steps are given below-

    birth, address both present and permanent, nationality, gender,

    about your objective, experience, present and expected salary and you

    also have to specify the type of job you prefer. Freshers leave or skip

    desired sector(s) to work. You can select maximum 2 job categories. In

    where you prefer to work. In case of Bangladseh you can choose upto

    maximum 15 districts. If you prefer abraod, you can select maximum

    10 countries. Preferred organization defines your desired organizationtype where you want your job.You can select maximum 12

    organization types. In other relevant information you have to give

    keyword. Keywords that will enhance your CV Searched by the

    2. Education: Education field must be filled up with latest information
