公 司 简 介上海南洋-藤仓电缆有限公司由上海市区电力投资发展总公司、上海电缆厂有限公司、上海

旗忠(集团)公司和日本藤仓株式会社合资兴办,成立于1995年10月。公司总投资额743万美元,注册资本425万美元。

由中日双方投资兴办的合资企业拥有先进的工艺装备和世界领先的电缆制造技术以及严格高效的管理模式。主要产品有超高层超高速电梯电缆(扁型PVC电梯电缆全系列)、阻燃电缆、耐火电缆、无卤低烟清洁电缆、0.6/1kV交联电力电缆、PVC绝缘电力电缆、控制电缆、耐火控制电缆以及绝缘导线等等。

1998年公司通过积极引进国外先进技术,在国内率先推出了预制分支电缆,开创了国内高层建筑配电低成本、施工省力化、高性能、高可靠性的新局面。

公司生产的电梯电缆是我国唯一在模拟电梯运行状态下通过300万次弯曲寿命试验的产品,为国内几乎所有电缆制造厂商配套,如上海三菱、广州日立、华升富士达、上海永大日立、上海东芝、上海崇友、沈阳东芝、中国迅达、苏州迅达、广州OTIS、广东蒂森、上海现代等等。

公司生产的无卤低烟清洁电缆、耐火电缆、无卤低烟耐火预制分支电缆等产品已被上海地铁二号线、上海浦东国际机场、上海教育电视台、浦东汇丰大厦等重大工程项目选用。公司每年还有约40%左右的产品出口日本、香港、新加坡、韩国、马来西亚以及南美洲哥伦比亚等国家和地区。

2002年底公司从日本藤仓公司引进了10kV及以下水密性架空绝缘电缆的生产制造技术,电缆质量完全达到日本藤仓水平。

公司产品不仅能按照中国(GB)和国际电工委员会(IEC)标准生产,亦能根据顾客要求按照发达国家标准或技术规范生产。

1996年公司被上海市外国投资工作委员会和上海市对外经济贸易委员会批准为先进技术企业,1997年3月通过ISO9002质量体系认证,2003年10月通过ISO9001:2000质量体系认证。

PROFILEShanghai Nanyang-Fujikura Cable Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by Shanghai Urban Electric Power Investment Development

Company, Fujikura Ltd.(Japan), Shanghai Cable Works Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Qizhong Groups. It was set up in Oct. 1995. The total invest-

ment is 7.43 Million USD, and the registered capital is 4.25Million USD.

Shanghai Nanyang-Fujikura Cable Co., Ltd. possesses the advanced equipments, world leading technologies and efficient management

system. Its main products include high-speed elevator traveling cables used in high-rise buildings (the full ranges of the flat type PVC

elevator cable), flame retardant cables, fire proof cables, non-halogen and low smoke clean cables. The company also produces conventional

0.6/1kV cross-linked polyethylene insulated cables, PVC insulated power cables, control cables, fire proof control cables, insulated wires and

etc.

In 1998, the company actively adopted the overseas advanced technologies of prefabricated branch cables and became the first manu-

facturer in China. The company will contribute for modernizing electric trunk lines of high-rise building such as office and residence with

reliability, low cost and less time.

The elevator cables produced by Nanyang-Fujikura are the only products passed the 3 million limes bending life test under the simula-

tion of the actual elevator operation condition. These cables arc provided almost all of the elevator manufacturers in domestic market, such as

Shanghai Mitsubishi, Guangzhou Hitachi, Huasheng Fujitec, China Schindler, Shenyang Toshiba and so on for complement.

The non-halogen, low smoke clean cables, proof cables, clean/fire proof prefabricated branch cables have been used in many big

projects, such as Shanghai Subway No.2, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Shanghai Education TV Station, Pudong Huifeng Building

etc.

The company exports approximately 40% of the products to HongKong, Singapore, Malaysia, South America, Columbia, Japan, and

other countries and regions.

The company adopted the advanced technologies of waterproof aerial distribution wires with rated voltages up to and including 10kV

from Fujikura in Japan, the qualities of cables is the same as Fujikura.

The company is not only capable to produce the products according to GB and the standards of IEC (International Electro technical

Commission), but also is capable lo produce according to the standards or the regulation of the developed countries.

In 1996, the company has been elected by Shanghai Foreign Investment Commission and Shanghai Foreign Economic & Trade

Commission as an Enterprise of Advanced Technologies; it has also passed the ISO 9002 Quality System Certification in 1997, and has

passed the ISO900l:2000 Quality System Certification in October, 2003.

随着当今工业系统的发展和城市功能的集中,许多关键厂房及多用途的集仓储、办公和居住为一体的建筑,要求重要线路采用耐火电缆。当发生火灾时,能在一段时间内正常供电,以便进行紧急消防、抢救或人员疏散逃离等工作,减少火灾损失。

具有阻燃性的低烟、低毒、无卤耐火电缆即清洁/耐火电缆,代表了当今耐火电缆的最高水平。

Along with the industrial development and the concentration of urban function, the fire proof cables are required in key workshops and the complexes with warehouse, office and residence integrated, to maintain the power supply for a certain period to allow the emergency fire fighting, rescue or evacuation, thus reducing the loss in case of fire.

传统阻燃电缆的绝缘和护套材料为含卤聚合物或添加了含卤的添加剂。这些含卤材料虽然具有较高的阻燃性,但是燃烧时会产生大量有毒的腐蚀性卤化氢气体和烟雾,将会腐蚀仪器和设备。同时,大量的烟雾将会使人员窒息身亡,使救援工作难以进行。

以新一代工程塑料为绝缘和护套材料的阻燃型低烟、低毒、无卤电缆即清洁电缆,克服了上述含卤材料无法避免的缺陷,代表了当今电线电缆的发展趋势。

The insulation and sheath materials of the conventional flame

retardant cable are halogen-containing polymer or contain halogen

additive. In despite of the high flame retardation, the halogen material

produces the large number of toxic and corrosive halogen hydride gas

and smoke during the burning, which will corrode the instrument and

equipment. In addition, the smoke can cause the personnel suffocation,

influencing the smooth rescue.

The flame retardant, low smoke, low toxic and halogen free cable

(i.e. the clean cable) using the new type engineering plastic for insulation

and sheath, which is free from the inevitable imperfection from the

halogen material, representing the current development tendency of

electric cable.

1.成束电缆阻滞火焰延燃的高阻燃性能High resistance to flame spread of bunched cables

在燃烧的情况下,阻燃型清洁电缆可以与传统的高阻燃型电缆相媲美,其充分的优化设计可以阻滞电缆的燃烧趋势。

Under the fire conditions, the flame retardant clean cable is

on a par with the conventional highly flame retardant cable and can

resist the combustion spread due to its optimal design.

2.低发烟量 Low smoke

燃烧时,传统PVC护套电缆或其它阻燃电缆会发出大量的浓烟,阻碍火灾救援和人员疏散。使用特殊聚稀烃聚合物的阻燃型清洁电缆,可以将燃烧时的发烟量减少到最低程度。

In case of fire, the conventional PVC sheathed cable or other

flame retardant cables produce a lot of smoke, which obstructs the

rescue and the personnel evacuation. The flame retardant clean

cable made of special polyolefin polymer sheath can minimize the

smoke generation in the combustion.

3.无腐蚀性卤素气体等有毒气体逸出No generation of corrosive halogen gas and other toxic gases

燃烧时,传统的PVC护套阻燃电缆在发烟的同时伴随着大量有毒的卤化氢气体的产生。阻燃型清洁电缆不产生任何有毒气体,因为该电缆无卤素成分。

通过用老鼠进行的气体毒性试验证明阻燃型清洁电缆燃烧时产生的气体无毒性。

In the combustion, the conventional PVC sheathed flame

retardant cable produces a lot of toxic smoke with hydrogen

halide. While, the flame retardant clean cable will not generate any

toxic gas, because it is free from the halogen.

The toxicity test on mice proves the gas generated by the

flame retardant clean cable is without toxic.

4.无腐蚀性气体产生No generation of corrosive gas

燃烧时,传统的PVC护套电缆或其它阻燃电缆产生大量的卤化氢等腐蚀性气体,将腐蚀电子设备如计算机等。阻燃型清洁电缆无腐蚀性气体产生。

When burning, the conventional PVC sheathed cable or

gases and other corrosive gases, which will corrode the electronic

equipment (e.g. computer). However, the flame retardant clean

每根电缆载流量的计算基于以下的温度值及电缆敷设状况。XLPE电缆在连续使用时的最大容许温度为90℃,短路时的温度为250℃。

The current carrying capacity of cable is calculated according to the following temperature and the cable installation. The maximum

allowable temperature of XLPE cable under the continuous service and at short circuit is 90°C and 250°C respectively.

敷设施工方法例 Installation procedure垂直干线的预制分支电缆,应按以下要领进行敷设。① 将电缆盘放在放线架上。(通常电缆盘放在楼下,将电缆提拉上去)② 提升用的绳索通过卷绕机与电缆相连接。③ 开动卷绕机将电缆提升上去。④ 提升用的电缆网套到达房顶时,将网套挂在事先准备好的挂钩上。⑤ 对中间部进行固定。⑥ 将分支线端头与电流表或断流器相接。⑦ 进行主干线与开关箱的连接。The prefabricated branch cables for vertical main cable are generally installed according to the following main procedures.① Place the cable reel on the payoff rack. (In general, the cable reel is placed downstairs to lift the cables)② The lifting rope is connected with the cable via the coiler. ③ Start the coiler to lift the cable. ④ When the cable sleeve for lifting reaches the roof, hang it on the prepared hook. ⑤ Fasten the middle part. ⑥ Connect the terminal of branch cable to the power meter or the circuit breaker. ⑦ Connect the main cable with the switch box.

施工上的注意事项 Precautions预制分支电缆敷设时需注意以下事项:① 事先确认运送方法。(车辆大小,停车场等) ② 确认预制分支部是否能安全通过贯通孔洞。③ 采取预防措施防止提升过程中,分支部在贯通孔洞

受损伤。④ 提升过程中不要对分支线施加张力。⑤ 使用电缆重量4倍以上强度的提升用绳索。⑥ 事先考虑避雨对策及空盘的处理方法。⑦ 电缆提升完毕后,应立即用适当的方法对主干电缆

加以固定,以免电缆坠落受损。⑧ 单芯电缆禁止使用铁质夹具。Attention shall be paid to the followings when installing the prefabricated branch cable:① Confirm the transport way in advance. (vehicle size, parking lot, etc.) ② Confirm whether the prefabricated branch parts can safely pass the

through hole. ③ Take preventive measures to avoid the damage to branch parts in the

through hole during the lifting. ④ No tensile force shall be applied to the branch cable during the lifting. ⑤ The strength of lifting rope shall be more than 4 times of cable weight. ⑥ The measures of rain protection and empty cable reel shall be

prepared in advanced. ⑦ Upon the lifting is completed, the main cable shall be fastened properly

to avoid the cable falling. ⑧ No steel cable cleat is allowed to fix the single core cable.

公 司 简 介上海南洋-藤仓电缆有限公司由上海市区电力投资发展总公司、上海电缆厂有限公司、上海

旗忠(集团)公司和日本藤仓株式会社合资兴办,成立于1995年10月。公司总投资额743万美元,注册资本425万美元。

由中日双方投资兴办的合资企业拥有先进的工艺装备和世界领先的电缆制造技术以及严格高效的管理模式。主要产品有超高层超高速电梯电缆(扁型PVC电梯电缆全系列)、阻燃电缆、耐火电缆、无卤低烟清洁电缆、0.6/1kV交联电力电缆、PVC绝缘电力电缆、控制电缆、耐火控制电缆以及绝缘导线等等。

1998年公司通过积极引进国外先进技术,在国内率先推出了预制分支电缆,开创了国内高层建筑配电低成本、施工省力化、高性能、高可靠性的新局面。

公司生产的电梯电缆是我国唯一在模拟电梯运行状态下通过300万次弯曲寿命试验的产品,为国内几乎所有电缆制造厂商配套,如上海三菱、广州日立、华升富士达、上海永大日立、上海东芝、上海崇友、沈阳东芝、中国迅达、苏州迅达、广州OTIS、广东蒂森、上海现代等等。

公司生产的无卤低烟清洁电缆、耐火电缆、无卤低烟耐火预制分支电缆等产品已被上海地铁二号线、上海浦东国际机场、上海教育电视台、浦东汇丰大厦等重大工程项目选用。公司每年还有约40%左右的产品出口日本、香港、新加坡、韩国、马来西亚以及南美洲哥伦比亚等国家和地区。

2002年底公司从日本藤仓公司引进了10kV及以下水密性架空绝缘电缆的生产制造技术,电缆质量完全达到日本藤仓水平。

公司产品不仅能按照中国(GB)和国际电工委员会(IEC)标准生产,亦能根据顾客要求按照发达国家标准或技术规范生产。

1996年公司被上海市外国投资工作委员会和上海市对外经济贸易委员会批准为先进技术企业,1997年3月通过ISO9002质量体系认证,2003年10月通过ISO9001:2000质量体系认证。

PROFILEShanghai Nanyang-Fujikura Cable Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by Shanghai Urban Electric Power Investment Development

Company, Fujikura Ltd.(Japan), Shanghai Cable Works Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Qizhong Groups. It was set up in Oct. 1995. The total invest-

ment is 7.43 Million USD, and the registered capital is 4.25Million USD.

Shanghai Nanyang-Fujikura Cable Co., Ltd. possesses the advanced equipments, world leading technologies and efficient management

system. Its main products include high-speed elevator traveling cables used in high-rise buildings (the full ranges of the flat type PVC

elevator cable), flame retardant cables, fire proof cables, non-halogen and low smoke clean cables. The company also produces conventional

0.6/1kV cross-linked polyethylene insulated cables, PVC insulated power cables, control cables, fire proof control cables, insulated wires and

etc.

In 1998, the company actively adopted the overseas advanced technologies of prefabricated branch cables and became the first manu-

facturer in China. The company will contribute for modernizing electric trunk lines of high-rise building such as office and residence with

reliability, low cost and less time.

The elevator cables produced by Nanyang-Fujikura are the only products passed the 3 million limes bending life test under the simula-

tion of the actual elevator operation condition. These cables arc provided almost all of the elevator manufacturers in domestic market, such as

Shanghai Mitsubishi, Guangzhou Hitachi, Huasheng Fujitec, China Schindler, Shenyang Toshiba and so on for complement.

The non-halogen, low smoke clean cables, proof cables, clean/fire proof prefabricated branch cables have been used in many big

projects, such as Shanghai Subway No.2, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Shanghai Education TV Station, Pudong Huifeng Building

etc.

The company exports approximately 40% of the products to HongKong, Singapore, Malaysia, South America, Columbia, Japan, and

other countries and regions.

The company adopted the advanced technologies of waterproof aerial distribution wires with rated voltages up to and including 10kV

from Fujikura in Japan, the qualities of cables is the same as Fujikura.

The company is not only capable to produce the products according to GB and the standards of IEC (International Electro technical

Commission), but also is capable lo produce according to the standards or the regulation of the developed countries.

In 1996, the company has been elected by Shanghai Foreign Investment Commission and Shanghai Foreign Economic & Trade

Commission as an Enterprise of Advanced Technologies; it has also passed the ISO 9002 Quality System Certification in 1997, and has

passed the ISO900l:2000 Quality System Certification in October, 2003.
