主機本體前、中、後板及橫樑桿皆經CNC銑床加工後一體成型，確保機架主機體角度垂直及表面精確平整。

The Body Frame (Including the Front, Middle, Rear and Sidebars’ steel-plates) worked by CNC Mill ing Machine in One and confirmed the Perpendicular Angle, Surface Leveling of the Body Frame Accurately.

橫樑桿採碳鋼實心鋼板材質，配合前、後板以凹凸槽緊密鍥合，在H型架構後打入斜梢及螺栓固定，施以高張力焊條牢固，永無焊接撕裂之慮，確保機台使用壽命長久。

The Sidebars adopted the material of Carbon Steel, primarily matched by the taper dowels and bolts with the Front-plate, Rear-plate (Convex and concave method each other), meanwhile, used the High-tension Welding rod to fix them for confirming the long life span of the Machine.

膜片式二次壓濾板，可再次降低濾餅含水率及縮短處理時間，經濟效益高。

If adopted the Membraneplates may decrease the water content’s rate of the sludge cake and shortened the treating time , had the high economic efficiency.

濾布採P.P材質為主，透水性佳，濾餅剝離性強，另有多種不同材質及密度可配合各行業選擇使用。

Filter-cloth adopted the P.P. material, good water permeability, Strong Cake-peeling Property, the different and various materials / density of the Filter-cloth for our client’s Choice.

擺臂式自動高壓正面清洗系統：（選購配備／請參考各機型功能說明表）以20~40kg/cm²高壓水柱正面清洗濾布，維持良好過濾效果，達到網孔不阻塞，確保處理時效及降低濾餅含水率。

Arm-Swing Type Auto-High Pressure Washing System: (Optional devices, Pls. refer to the description of the various Model’s Functions and accessories.)Adopted the High pressure Water column (P: 20~40kg/cm²) to wash the Filter-Cloth completely, maintained the Permeability of the Filter-Cloth, and confirmed the treating efficiency and decreased the water content’s rate of the sludge cake.

震（晃）動輔助落料系統：（限NTC3／TH3／TM3採逐一震落）（限TC2／TH2／TM2系列採一次全段晃落）：震（晃）動濾板使附著於濾布上緣之濾餅輔助其掉落，以減少人力上的操作（備註：本系統須視濾餅剝落性而定，如無法100% 完全脫落時，需人力局部協助清除）。

Cake-Down Vibration-assisting System:Device (Option Device): Used this device to get rid of the remaining sludge cake assistingly , for saving

the manpower in operation. Our Company had the two types , one is Cake-Down Vibration-Assisting One by one (For T NTC3 / TH3 / TM3 Series only), the other is Cake-Down Vibration-Assisting All in one (For TC2 / TH2 / TM2 Series Only).(Note: This Device’s Efficiency depends on the Peeling Property of the cake. If the cake can not be peeled off 100%, need the operator to scrape the remaining cake.)
